“I loved this shop. They have cute and funky vintage finds. I loved the layout and spacing, not too crowded. I love that it is owned by a husband and wife team. The prices are great and my little boy loved looking at all the toys! Will definitely return!”
“Best shop in Knoxville, hands down! Ask for big Rob or fyke
Any of the guys are great! Send your cards for grading here, come to card show on Fridays, come here to ripp, or just talk cards and shop. I love it here”
“Great deals of board games, ROGs, and Warhammer. They have a surprisingly large selection, including some very niche and difficult to find products, except mini paints and supplies. They also have a very large play area with tables set up and available. There were flyers and notices left all around for upcoming events and groups, so this would be a great place to find games and play groups.”
“Very nice store. Wide selection tons of back issues current and dated. Very friendly owner (I think he was the owner but he was young) very highly recommend. I will be back!”
“If you like cm games, then you’ll love this place. The people who work here are super nice and helpful. And one thing I love is how they determine their prices on their cards according to TCG player. This is the perfect place to start your TCG journey. And honestly I think this place outranks cm games IMO. They might not sell video games, but their stock of TCG makes up for that. Please give it a try if you can.”
“This place is so good I always come to sell my cards and Get some extra cash and get store credit and there stuff is so good to choose from and the thing I love about it is the jerseys hanging up at the top and all though the stuff is a little expensive I still will always be going there”
“Was in here about a month ago, and bought a huge assortment of Czech Glass beads, in an assortment of sizes, all ranging from 11/0 to 8/0 in different colors. Was so happy to have gotten them at 50% off. Made me a very happy customer. Great staff, and vibe of the store.”
“This isn't my favorite hobby lobby. Last time I was here, it was so hot in the building and the clearance section was INSANITY. There was literally stuff on the floor. I've never seen such an unorganized place. I haven't went back since.”
“A fantastic hobby where one can find a sense of community among friends. I will pay for warhammer time and again because it is backed by so many fun game, paint, or assembly sessions. I feel so warmly welcomed each time. Ali is informative, friendly, and inclusive. The place is a family friendly one where imagination is built and shared.”
“I had an amazing experience at Michaels on Clinton highway. It's rare that I have the luxury of visiting an art supply store, and I had a super happy visit to Michael's. The employees were extremely helpful and educated me on several topics, regarding supplies recommended for a few art projects, that I had in mind to do. I accidentally grabbed an incorrect item and one of the employees went and switched it out for the item that I intended to pick, which was especially appreciated because I was recovering from an ankle injury and had just about exhausted my extracurricular mobility for the day. When I left I was happy and even had a bit of faith restored about the reasonability of the world today. I will definitely go back to Michael's again when I have some free time to leisurely shop for items for new art projects. Yay! A++”
“I was hesitant due to the mixed reviews but after visiting, I found WestSide Coins to be a great place to buy coins. I was pleasantly surprised to find a large bin of world coins in 2in flips which kept me busy for hours. After chatting with the owner Bill and his daughter who helps run the store, it became clear that they were very knowledgeable and friendly. I believe the mixed reviews are due to people who intended to sell but did not get the price they are seeking. They also have a nice selection of US coins, rounds and even a few slabbed ancient coins. I will be returning next week to do some more exploring.”
“My kids and I went into to game stop and the manager Hunter was so helpful by giving me the Nintendo help line number since our console was broken. His coworker Luke was great too, he helped us with all of our gaming questions. Highly recommend this store for a memorable experience.”
“Michael's is a wonderful store. The last time I went into this location, it was well stocked, they carried the Strathmore Vellum and Bristol paper I use to do my fashion design related stuff. Was very happy. The staff was also very friendly then. Just wish they had one closer to the Sevierville area. Please see if you can make it possible!”
“We always stop by here if in Knoxville. They are always extremely helpful and knowledgeable. On our most recent visit the staff helped me with model paint. What the instructions called for was an enamel, I only use acrylics and the color didn't exist in the acrylics. There was something close and staff instructed me how to make it what I needed.
It's a good thing this isn't where we live or we would spend way too much money here.”
