It appears that Home Depot delivery contractors can't get their act together! My wife ordered a Husky Tool Cabinet for my birthday only to have Non-Stop Delivery Company to "lose" it after receiving it at their facility in Blountville TN. (Employee must had REALLY liked it and took it home.. It has never been found since!!).. So she ordered a second one, received confirmation of delivery date, etc., now May 29, Southern Freight doesn't want to deliver it because they can't get their tractor trailer into the subdivision!.. Why sell a product, customer pays for shipping, only to have a delivery service asking the customer to meet them somewhere convenient ???

I've been attempting to purchase some deck paint. and so far your store is unwilling to work with me. I need 5 gallons of a green water based deck paint, was called Deckover, equivalent to what i purchased approximately 6 years ago, and due to this virus, i will not come into your store, however, there has to be another way that i could relay to you a strip/sample of the paint so it can be matched up. Your store man said i had to come into the store. I offered to use mail to supply this sample. Calvin V. Henderson, (865) 599-3371

Employees are allowed to openly mock and make fun of gay couples and gay marriage loudly in front of customers. I will NEVER step foot back in ANY Home Depot.

I live out-of-state and went through this store to have a fence installed for my daughters home. Pendleton Fence is who this Home Depot uses as its contractor. Let me start by saying the gentleman who owns Pendleton Fence is a LIAR and ARROGANT. I called the store and spoke with Manager, Megan. She said she had never had complaints against him from customers. According to employees at this store, that story is FALSE and that customers have complained plenty about him. I went on to state that I thought this contractor was a bad reflection on their store or should I say Home Depot as a whole. I inquired getting information for the District level for this store and was told they do not give that information out and that the District level would contact me. So far, no contact from anyone. You would think that I was asking to speak with the all-mighty. My dealings with Home Depot are over. There is absolutely no customer service options. I have called the Customer Service line only to be put on hold the first time over 20 minutes before being cut off and then the second time transferred 3 times before I got anyone and then I was told that they cannot speak with me since my daughter was the contract holder and even though I was paying the bill they could not discuss the matter. WHAT? ARE THERE OSHA regulations? GEEZ, I was surprised. Next step, letter to the CEO with a copy to this manager. DONE WITH HOME DEPOT...already disposed of my credit card.

I purchased a Samsung refrigerator from Home Depot in March of this year. I am three months in, and the product has been faulty. The ice machine has frozen itself inoperable twice already, and the solution is to call a Samsung tech, and wait without an operational refrigerator until they find a solution. Home Depot does not stand by the products that they sell, offering only a 48 hour return policy. With $3400 spent, I find it unfathomable that Home Depot wants to put this issue into the customers hands instead of solving the issue with the manufacturer. If there is a constant problem with an item (which I am now aware that there is) Home Depot should have had it removed from their shelves. Lowe's return policy isn't flawless, but it's much better than a 48 hour window for a garbage appliance.

I purchased a dryer and paid for shipping to my home. They showed up with a large truck and a forklift only. They were suppose to bring it to my back door. Did not have a 2 wheeler to move it on. so i now have a dryer sitting in my driveway for me to try to move by myself into my home. Should have went to LOWES!!!!

If I wanted to order it online I wouldn't have asked if it could be ordered thru the store. No wonder people order things online, it's to avoid being talked down to and ignored. Even though thwy didnt have it at Lowe's they did look to see if they could order what I needed.

Super friendly and helpful people at this Home Depot unlike the store in Sevierville. This is how customers should be treated. Kudos to the folks that work here!!

Penny in plumbing has been great with us every time we go in with difficult projects. She has spent 4+ hours with us in multiple trips cutting and threading pipe different lengths we needed. She deserves to be recognized amongst peers and management for her dedication and customer service. We left Lowes, whom advertised they would cut and thread any size pipe to come to Home Depot, because Lowes decided their website was not accurate and they could not hold up their promise. We kept Penny after hours finishing our cutting list and never felt that she was upset or angry or rushing us. She is the embodiment of great customer service.

Me and my wife went shopping there yesterday. We bought a step ladder and some accessories for the air conditioner. When we got home I noticed I left the ladder in the shopping cart (the lower part below the basket). When we went back to get it someone had taken it. I went in the store to buy a new one and found out somebody brought it in and it had a copy of my receipt w a note written on it. We were grateful.
