Don’t use the delivery service if purchasing an appliance. Might as well call a good friend in the business to hook it up for you. We paid for delivery installation, adapter kit, new cord etc… and the new dishwasher and old dishwasher are sitting in the middle of my kitchen. They just left it. Saying we didn’t have proper parts. They never brought any of the items we purchased in with the new dishwasher. I tried to refuse the delivery and they left! They left the dishwasher completely unhooked and just sitting in my kitchen. I’ve called, my husband has called and no one can return our phone calls. It’s not worth the 800$ plus that we spent at all.

I absolutely love this Home Depot Sharon in the paint department was amazing. We struck up a conversation waiting for my 3 cans of paint to get made and by the time the paint was done we were both crying it was an amazing memory . I do crafts and I showed her some of mine and she absolutely loved them and thought I could definitely make good money from doing it . She really inspired me and I will definitely definitely be back for more supplies from this place . Great quality stuff and great friendly experience.

I come here a lot for odds and ends to fix up the house or for projects. The only time I ever really needed help was in paint and that was just to mix. Today, we unfortunately needed a new washing machine. Our knowledge only went as far as a few hours of google research before heading to HD. I actually needed someone to help me on this one. Enter Todd. Todd took his time and answered all of our questions. From brands, agitators, top loading vs side loading, etc. Thank you again Todd for your friendly banter and help with everything we needed.

Yesterday evening I stopped by The Home Depot, 2751 Schaad Rd. 37921, to have a set of keys made that I couldn’t seem to get made anywhere else. I had a gentleman stocking the shelves that called for an employee to assistance me. Ms. Sherri was the kind lady that approached and asked how she could help me. After explaining to her my situation and my time spent traveling to other stores she looked at my keys and initially stated the reason I was having trouble and wasn’t sure herself if she could actually copy the key but would give it a try. As she worked with the machine another lady and Ms. Sherri explained another location they typically refer folks if they were unable to help me. It seemed that right at that moment Ms. Sherri finagled the key in such a manner that she was able to get me exactly what I needed. I asked if she had a marker so as not to get confused with the different set of keys and then she offered a color coded option that would help distinguish my copies and I was grateful for that helpful piece of information. While waiting on my keys to be complete I asked for Ms. Sherri’s name because her attitude and helpful demeanor was very pleasing and I wanted to show my gratitude by complimenting her service towards me because this stop saved me time and money. This Home Depot has done a great job in selecting a great representation for their company because this customer walked away very satisfied and with a big smile because of this sweet little lady. Ms. Sherri genuinely has a servant’s heart and because she works with a smiling face she’ll cause more customers to walk away just as I had, satisfied! I want to take a second and brag on Weston and John! My manager and I went to go buy a deep freezer for our ice cream truck. Not only did they help us load it onto the cart they brought it outside, took it out of the box, put it in our ice cream truck, and plugged it in to make sure it was working properly. Those boys went above and beyond and they deserve 10 stars!!!

This store stinks. They hardly maintain it, employees get frustrated if you ask for help. They offer excuses to why they don’t have stuff done or maintain their equipment. Came in for truck and was laughed at cause their truck has been in shop for over a year according to the rep…was told good luck with getting what I wanted accomplished in snarky tone. Hope higher ups do something about the attitudes of employees.

A cashier name Wilma was super helpful with my frustration and finding the correct filter for my refrigerator system. She recognized a problem and was courteous and respectful with her customer service responses. I will be back.

Very good services. I buy a lot of wood and wood related items from here and of all the home depots I've really gone too this one always has the best lumber I've seen from a home depot beats lowes quality and price. The workers are always helpful and respectful. Checking out is quick and easy weather i go to the self checkout or the regular. Always fun to go here. I have posted pictures of a cedar and pine serving tray that the wood i got was in good shape and straight enough to use great quality.

They use shady delivery companies. Specifically RAS LOGISTICS, who’s delivery driver ran over my new lawn and destroyed it. To make matters worse the delivery driver damaged my neighbors fridge.

Shopped there today and many customers (about 1/4) weren’t wearing masks. Asked an associate why they don’t enforce their own mask mandate (signs posted at entrances) during the peak of the pandemic. She said “We don’t want to harass them.”

Worst customer service I've ever experienced. They won't help, say that "can't" do what Lowe's will do for nothing. Like cut a piece of metal or board, etc. I'll NEVER go there again, they've lost a customer and all I can tell for LIFE! Lowe's is most accommodating and super nice, helpful associates.

My husband and I went into this Home Depot in 2 weeks ago to buy a washer and dryer. The gentleman who was working in appliances Steve was so rude and was not in any mood to help. He told us that they had nothing in stock and if we wanted to buy we could but he didn't know when we would get it. My husband said well sounds like we're at the wrong store. As we were walking away Steve yells.. Goodluck no one has anything in stock. So very rude. We drive not even a half a mile down the road to a Lowes walk right in and buy exactly what we wanted and was in stock. From now on I will make my purchases at Lowe's due to Steve.

On June 5, I arrived to Home Depot on Clinton Hwy. I grabbed the Pump Armor and went to the self-checkout. As I was walking up to the self-check out I saw three (latinx/Hispanic) men purchasing tool belts. They each paid for their own stuff, didn't use a bag, and started walking to the door. I finished my transaction a few seconds after and also started walking to the door, without a bag. There was a young woman (in her early 20s) standing with her iPad tracking the number of people who left the store to maintain the social distancing regulations. But as they were walking to the door she asked to see their receipts. I watched as she checked the first two men's. The third man started walking out and she said no, sir I need to see your receipt. He handed it to her and she unfolded it and double checked his purchase. She then tried to give the receipt back, but he refused. They walked out the door. I walked up, and as I was walking up I started to hand her receipt. She said "oh no, you're good." I said no and tried to give the receipt and she didn't take it. I walked out of the store, in shock/disbelief. I drove home and processed the whole encounter and then called the store to file a complaint with a manager. he said he would "take care of it." If you are going to check receipts, you must not racial profile anyone, and you need to do it equally across the board.
