I came in and was very nervous because I’m not used to being in this store, but Rose was extremely kind and helped me to find everything I need. She made me feel so at ease and was extremely patient!!

It's a great shop but a little busy and hard to move around. They have a try on room in the back of the store and lots of shirts and other clothes around the place! I recommend shopping here if you're into the variety of styles offered her.

nice store i recommend pop cult or boxlunch if you like hot topic!! its always crowded too and this hot topic is very small.. the employees are really nice in my opinion! the clothes always fit perfectly but some of my shirts from here have ripped easily so just be aware of that! overall good store.

I had one of the worst customer service experiences of my life here. I was in the store at approx 11:30 today. I was shopping with my boyfriend while looking at their sale t shirts, and I slipped one over my head to see if it would fit. I didn’t want to bother the employees to open the dressing room as they were unpacking new items, and I mean, I literally just slide it down over my head to make sure it fit before buying. The employee working yelled across the entire store while rolling her eyes and scolded me like a child. She said something along the lines of, “Guys, we have a dressing room, you can’t put it on here” while shaking her head at me as if I was a child. Thankfully no one else was in the store. I wouldn’t have minded about the store’s policy, but it was the way the situation was handled. She could have easily walked back there and politely asked us to utilize the dressing room, and I would have 100% understood and complied; however, talking to us like we were two year olds across the store was not the way to go, ESPECIALLY when we had merchandise in our hands to buy. When I am going to spend my money at a store, I would like to be treated with at least basic respect, so I put back my items and will not be going back.

Employees stand around and gossip with eachother, too much. Would rather talk terrible about people, than help a customer. Really needed to get some gages, but ah apparently the C U Next Tuesday, customer they wanted to gossip about was more important. Why work there, if you're going to act like that

I frequent this store quite a bit, since it’s pretty close to my house. It’s always very clean and the staff are very friendly whenever I visit!
I did visit earlier today and left feeling a little guilty after accidentally misgendering one of the staff. My boyfriend and I were waiting at the register to check out and a staff member with shoulder-length blue hair and blue lipstick came to ring us up. The staff member asked us if we found everything okay, to which I replied “yes, ma’am” out of habit. I didn’t notice the pin that had their pronouns displayed until after he had responded with “my pronouns are he/him” in a kind of short fashion. I apologized but was given no response, until he asked if I wanted to round my change up for a donation, to which I accepted. He handed me my purchase and we exchanged the usual “have a nice day” to each other before I left, but I felt really bad after not using the proper way to address this staff member.
I write all of this mostly to apologize to that particular staff member. I don’t know if this store reads their reviews very often, but I wanted to leave one just in case.

Employees are extremely rude, and unhelpful. Definitely not the one to go to, better to take the drive to Sevierville. They seem to be miserable to be there, why work there? If working makes you miserable, quit.

How does it make sense that I buy 10 ten shirts, all medium, and 3 are made like smalls after I try them on so I try to return them. I called ahead and explained and got the go ahead. Come down to the store and now it's not returnable "cause it shows signs of being worn". ITS A SHIRT. I have to WEAR it to see if it FITS... What kind of paradoxical policy is this?
Now I'm just out the money. Money which I only have due to an insurance claim from my home burning down recently. Now I gotta get told I wasted that money by some snobby teen.
I have shopped at HT for over a decade and never once heard this policy. What is going on over there?
