Though I suppose I should be thankful that this service diagnosed my tumor quickly, I and my mom have done nothing but fight with them about a bill that I am not responsible for. Every time we call, they say it is fixed, and now after two months of zero correspondence, they have turned me over to collections. This has been going on since February. I beat cancer at twenty-four only to have to fight $7,000 bills that I do not owe after the fact. Not sure what is going on in the billing department, but it is so disheartening. This is supposed to be a time where I am healing and relearning how to live, and yet here I am, on hold, begging to know why I have been sent to collections over a bill my insurance says I do not owe. Make this right.

I'd rate less than 1 star. They have been billing my family for over a year for lab service that was fully paid by insurance. Insurance has spoken directly with them over the course of a year and IPS claims they've "corrected the issue". Then the letters threatening collection began. More calls to them follow and IPS stated over the phone there is a $0 balance and provided $0 balance invoices. Then more bills come showing a balance again with collection threats. As is abundantly clear in reviews above they won't work with your insurance, just threaten you.

Terrible billing service! Refused to bill my insurance and sent me to collections instead, even though my insurance covers 100% of the procedure costs. I have written letters and called with no response. My insurance company has called them numerous times and no one answer the phone.

My wife recently gave birth to our first child, and we honestly didn’t know what we were doing. We have TennCare, and absolutely everyone I know, including customer service representatives from TennCare and the people I work with in a dental office that takes TennCare told us we wouldn’t have any bills to pay. We received a bill for about $260 from this company without even knowing they were used for a test.Had we been told insurance wouldn’t cover this, we wouldn’t have had it done. My wife can’t work for another month or so, and my income alone can’t cover anything other than essentials and rent. After calling IPS and letting them know we had TennCare and weren’t supposed to have any bills, they told me that the account was on hold and it would be sent back to insurance with a letter when it was determined if we still owed or not. We never received a letter. Today 8/20/2023, we received a letter from their collection agency.Now we have a bill in collections, I have $21.13 in my bank which has to be my gas until 8/25/2023 when I get paid so I can get to work, and this upcoming paycheck will only leave me with $146 after rent and the car payment we have every paycheck. This was scummy and I will be looking into disputing the charge. There’s a very clear reason this group has less than 2 stars.

Had my daughter five months ago , found out that the doctors sent my placenta to get tested without telling me or my husband . Then I get a bill , called said I didn't have insurance when I DO!!!

I just seen this on my credit score and I have never seen or heard of this place at all something needs to be done about this before I go to the law and get this straight out

My daughter had surgery in July 2021, I paid my share an the insurance paid theirs....no issues. For some reason insurance came back and took back their payment and innovative sent the bill to collections without even a call...and they had the wrong address.......5 calls later and i might close to resolving....maybe!

Has a collections pop up on credit from them called billing and multiple other number and they said I don’t have any money owe to them but it is on my credit score.

I’ve never heard of this place or seen a bill from them and realized I too now have a ding on my credit and owe money to a collections agency.I’m just outraged.

Same as all the other commenters, this showed up as a hit on my otherwise pristine credit rating. I don't ever recall getting a bill. That's insane!

Literally just received a bill from this place threatening to send my account to collections. I've never heard from this place and have no idea what the bill is for! I'll be investigating this further as my insurance should have covered anything my doctor may have sent to them!

Fraudulent billing company. Sent a non-itemized bill for a vague $150 owed. Both hospital and doctor were under contract with Bluecross Tennessee and have been paid in full according to insurance for my wife's care. I'm a disabled veteran with permanent and total percentage I got a bad ding on my credit report because of this business I have received no phone calls or anything my VA community care representative said that they paid the amount that was agreed upon and the account was closed I can't get a hold of anyone and when I do I get the run around

I didn't know this pathology even existed till I saw a collection on my credit account! They didn't even bothered to send email or even call me! How should I know I have a bill, to pay it?! Now my score is 85 points less! I worked hard for my credit and it is not fair to ruin people's reputations because of irresponsibility! They don't even accept the responsibility of what they did! Even one star is more than enough for them! I wish I could give them 0!

I had had no idea about this lab until today that I realized they have put a collection in my name. My credit score went down by 80 points!!!! They never contacted me or sent me a bill, so I did not know that I owed them money. This is not the way of doing business!! People work hard to build up a good credit history, you cannot just ruin it with your irresponsibility!
