Great factory outlet store. High couture fashion in a warm setting. Not a J. Crew Store like the one that was at West Towne Mall years ago ... But very close . Also nice Dodge Ram parked in front of store . ?

I’m a regular customer at J. Crew Factory, I come in weekly to a by weekly basis. The manager Justin is absolutely amazing. He always goes above and beyond to help me get the clothing pieces I need to always be in style. When I have a order that is somewhere and I’m worrying that no one can find it, he always comes to the rescue to get my order to me. Highly recommend J. Crew they have the most friendliest group of Employees!!

Very glad to have a J.Crew store back in our area, I wish the store had clearer pricing and more of a selection. The location is great and parking is plentiful. The store could look more high end, it looks a bit basic like allthe other fast fashion stores. I do recommend this store for any J.Crew customer, they have a decent selection and you can find a good deal.

Excellent store with some of the friendliest and most helpful associates that I have encountered doing my Christmas shopping this year! I delivered a pizza to them and mentioned I was looking for a good deal on a Christmas gift and they pointed out exactly where to look and made sure that I got the best deal possible! I very rarely have encountered such friendly service at such a reputable brand’s store.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Walked in today with my son and was greeted by two blond headed girls. After they greated me the both turned to each other and started laughing. It made me feel as if they were laughing at me for what ever reason. Maybe they didn’t have my size in that store or what ever the reasoning was, but it made me feel horrible, So I left as soon as I walked in and I will never go back. It was my first time being there and it was my last.
