Great customer service! On the contrary the reader board being displayed was changed from the beloved “If you love it, lube it” which has crushed my spirits and has left me without a reason to get up in the morning. This offense is so great that I had to deduct one star from my rating. I hope that this will be recognized by Jiffy lube on Chapman highway and the sign will be returned to its former glory.

Service personnel are friendly and nice, but I was surprised at cost as my last oil change at the dealership was cheaper with filters and tire rotation.

This place usually does good work but kind of expensive. For a 80 dollar full service oil change they charge to top of a couple of the fluids.

Friendly and polite staff. Oil grade options were explained but not pushy as well as additional services that this location offers. This is my new go to for oil changes and service.

Jiffy Lube did a great job today! Very helpful and quick! I was in and out and it’s wasn’t too expensive they weren’t too pushy about upsales so that was nice
