extremely overpriced, I understand they're helping the community but there's absolutely no reason to have toys in Dollar Store packaging priced at $5.99, prices dont even reflect their actual value let alone pose an actual bargain.

This used to be my favorite Karm and I used to make the drive over there, but I won’t anymore. The last two times I’ve been over there the staff has been super rude. And the prices have gone up an unreasonable amount during the last year. They are selling stuff that’s broken, chipped, and missing pieces at regular retail prices or more. They had two Suave shampoos for $5 a piece when you can buy two for that price anywhere else.

Prices are high. Unfortunately KARM is missing the other side of the coin. Yes you want to get max for your product you sell if you can but Karm gets it for free. Free no retail product purchase costs, no Ebay fees or taxes when using eBay prices to price items and no taxes. Yes it is for helping the less fortunate but what about the less fortunate who come to shop and can't afford to go to a retail store? There are lots of people in our neighborhoods who can't afford retail and need places like thrift stores to buy clothes, shoes, household supplies or furniture. What about these people? I see it when I am in there browsing (I am usually looking for something vintage that needs some fixing you can't find elsewhere) around there are people who you can see are in need and are unable to get what they need even at a thrift store. Just my two cents.

Probably my favorite KARM store that I've visited (I haven't been to them all...YET). I bought a vintage couch, a recliner, and several other items from there.

Its a resale shop, not a thrift store. The pricing is delusional at best... $20 for a used blanket with stains on it.. They say it's for the mission, but apparently forget why people shop at thrift stores in the first place - because they're usually struggling financially. It's a sad day when a thrift store is over-priced... go to AMVETS or Angelic Miniseries instead

While selection was good, items tended to be overpriced so my selections quickly dwindled. Overall, I love secondhand shopping, and would under normal circumstances have come back. However, one member of the staff in particular was incredibly rude, and yelled at my friend in the middle of the store about how she took too many items into the dressing room, then stalked off before even allowing us to explain that we had no idea of this “rule”. There were no posted limitations and/or rules regarding the dressing room. We even had to ask for a key for the room, and the staff member also did not mention any such limitations when she assisted us. We will not be returning to this location, or likely any KARM in the near future, (or perhaps ever), due to this terrible experience. I do not recommend this location. Go check out your local Goodwill instead.

Over priced for a KARM, I did not mind because I would rather buy second hand in general & enjoy thrifting, had been there twice and planned to return due to convenience of location , Until I was yelled at by the manager of this location in the middle of the store for no real reason I took "too many" items in the dressing room (there's no sign) , terrible service, extremely rude. Another lady who was nice did apologize for her behavior but I still will not be back and would recommend any other thrift store over this one.

Great place to shop! The staff at the Halls location are very friendly and hard working. They always have their displays looking very nice and everything is organized. I always find great deals when I go there. Plus, the money goes to a very good cause.

Stopped in the store for the first time today. Staff was not friendly at all. I understand that the money made goes to help out people that are less fortunate, but how about helping people that don’t have a lot of money to spend, hence why they are shopping at a second hand store. This stuff is donated! The prices were way too high. For 4 bowls and 4 plates (hard plastic) $16! Small stand up mirror, maybe 4 inches, $10! I left and won’t be back.

I love the idea of Karm, however I cannot afford to shop here. Graphic tees (like the kind places hand out for free) start at $7.99. Most of the clothes are very worn and dated and are priced higher than stores selling new clothing. I was at the Maryville location last week and saw a dress priced at $130 (not joking). Is this a money laundering business? I have no idea who is buying enough for Karm to support their mission in Knoxville. You can find much better priced used clothing at Planet Exchange, Plato’s Closet, and Greater Goods in West Knox.

Great selection and dedicated crew. Enjoy my visits and your great selection. Jewelry displays so nice and clear to look at. Store is clean and welcoming! Lots of beautiful clothing and collectibles! Keep up the great work!

I thought KARM was to help the needy but the prices suggest otherwise! I can get more at z Walmart JC Pennys etc!

They have very nice stuff. A lil pricey for things that's donated to them for free. It's a shame how things have got.

It is harder and harder to shop here. The pricing is far from traditional "Thrift store" prices. I get it that they are a mission, but I used to spend about 200.00 a week there and now not even 50.00. It is rare to find something at a decent price, but I do occasionally.
