KARM Stores is a thrift store in East Tennessee focused on breaking the cycle of homelessness. It supports essential programs at Knox Area Rescue Ministries, promoting sustainable living and a restored life in Christ. The store offers a huge variety of items, and shoppers can often find unique treasures, like a nice cake pan. However, many customers feel that the pricing is too high, with some items being close to retail prices despite being donated. This has led to frustration among shoppers, who believe that better pricing would attract more customers. Additionally, some reviews mention unkind interactions with staff, leading to a negative shopping experience. While many appreciate the mission behind KARM Stores and the work they do, there is a clear call for improvement in pricing and customer service to enhance the overall shopping experience.

Good selection store-wide, and the store is neat and well organized. Restrooms are clean and we'll maintained, and the staff is super helpfull. The only problem with Karm is that the prices are climbing quite noticeably on everything, in all their locations. They're getting a bit high on everything of late.
