On two occasions, the cashiers who served me with a bad mood, one asked the price of something, said they were busy and very angry.

Prices are to to high it’s ridiculous.. and to have Mexicans ask for prices to be a negotiated at the register and they give it to them and it is a manager!! Omg!! What??? Reported it and she still works there!!! What!! Wow!! ? unreal I will not go back for that and for high prices!!!

Ridiculously expensive… it would be cheaper if I just went out and bought whatever for brand new ?The fact that they call themselves a thrift store, blows my mind…

I wouldn’t call this a thrift store. It’s kinda it’s own thing. Everything looks to be in great condition and is being sold for very close to its retail value. I couldn’t find any good deals here.

Good selection, but way overpriced. Seems odd considering almost everything is donated.

I WANT to LOVE KARM for it's purpose and mission. What in the world is their pricing model though? I wish they would remember that though the profits go toward the Rescue Mission downown Knoxville, people who need thrift stores to stay within a family budget can not shop here to save money. Habitat for Humanity (Restore) has a model where they don't stalk Ebay to see what the most they can get for the product. They just get stock in and get stock out, at a VERY AFFORDABLE PRICE. The quality seems better there too for things. Please change your pricing model, KARM. For a Christian-based organization, you are ignoring Commandment #8 on a daily basis.

Love this store, classy clean and redesigned to make maneuvering easy and displays set up to be user friendly. Staff and cashiers super helpful. Love the nice background music too!

WAY over priced. KARM likes to talk about how they donate to local rescue efforts and that is true. However, they don’t talk about the fact that they’re prices are often higher for used products than they would be new online or at Walmart. In other words, low income people often can’t afford to shop here because they charge 10 dollars for used coffee cups (not an exaggeration)They also have a near monopoly on local donations that would otherwise go to charitable andaffordably priced thrift stores. If you want to make sure your used items get bought at an affordable price and still want the money you spend to go to a good cause, consider shopping at AMVET locations or Ladies of Charity

Tried to get my community service done here. They said they'd contact me at the end of the month with my proof of volunteer hours but they never did.
