Very informative, very nice and personable. Would follow Dr. Bennett-Gildner to the ends of the earth to keep her taking care of our Naomi.

Thanks Dr. Bennett and staff for taking great care of Rosie. She has done well after her spay and I know with her separation anxiety she can be a challenge. Thanks again.

Want to give a huge shoutout to Jessica, i appreciate her being so personable with us, and our dogs. She went above and beyond with us multiple times this week in preparation for the holidays with our dogs. Much appreciated, especially this time of year when we are so busy and forgetting things! Thanks to the entire team always showing love to our boys and making sure they are healthy and happy. Love our Vet and staff, we appreciate you all very much.

Every time I go to Knoxville Animal Clinic, I leave feeling great. Everyone there is great and my dog’s doctor, Dr. Bennett, is incredible. The prices seem very reasonable.

I am very "picky" about the care Madison receives. Dr. Skinner and the staff always treat her with kindness. This is the third dog Dr. Skinner has taken care of for me. I trust him completely with the care of "my baby". He was previously at another veterinarian clinic. When he left that location, I followed him to Knoxville Veterinary Clinic. As long as his practice is in my area, I will never take Madison to anyone else. HE IS THE BEST!

Avoid this clinic at all costs. First, Jessica is very rude and unprofessional. When arriving as a new client with my cat she did not allow me to enter the clinic. She barked at me, "Excuse me where are you going!" as I was heading towards the entrance door. She was standing outside at the time with another client who was parked in front of the clinic. I said I have a 3pm appointment. She then yelled at me that I needed to be escorted into the building and need to wait in my car. She made me feel like I was committing a crime or breaking the law by trying to go into the building. It was very off putting. So, I ended up sitting outside on a bench in front of the building as it was almost 3 pm. She went inside and after some time in the 90-degree heat with my scared cat. She came outside and called me by the wrong name, said I could come in now. I corrected my name, and she did not apologize. She just brushed it off. Upon entering the facility all the lights are off. It is dark and depressing and the front doors were locked behind us which I though was strange and a fire hazard. I waited in the room she took me too and she closed the door. The room was hot, very hot and there was no air conditioning in that room at all. I waited for what felt like a very long time in such a hot room when finally, a female came in the room and did not introduce herself and started asking questions. I did not know her title, was she a vet tech, who was she? I gave her my cat's history and then she left. Then she returned with another female and a male, again no one introduced themselves or told me their title. The male weighed my cat and took her temperature. Then the doctor came in the room and the only reason I know her name was because Dr. Bennett was it was on her white smock. The doctor talked to me for over 45 minutes about nonsense, even one of the females yawned. It felt like she was purposefully keeping me there longer than needed. Then she went and saw another patient during my visit and made me wait even longer. When she came back, Dr. Bennett apologized for how hot the room was and opened the door so we could get air from the very dark waiting room that had no lights. My husband arrived at the clinic because he was worried as I was already there for over 45 minutes. He was locked out pacing back and forth in front of the clinic door and had to call me so they could let him in as the doors are locked. VERY STRANGE. I asked if there is a prescription food or something as my cat is not eating much. She said there was nothing wrong with my cat and sent me away. I was charged for an extended visit because the visit went overtime, and it was through no fault of my own. I was not given a solution to my cat's problems. I was treated poorly by Jessica who rudely took my credit card, did not give me a receipt and practically shoved me out the door with my cat. This place is a scam. It is not professional. It is not welcoming. It feels like a funeral home. I called the manager Jeff today to address my concerns and he was rude and not helpful and told me to go somewhere else. He did not care or apologize for my experience with my cat. Please go somewhere else where people treat each other with respect and dignity. This place only cares about money and running up your time to charge you extra. I was not given a solution for my cat's eating problem. If you drop off your pet here who knows how they are being treated. If they treat people like a disease who cannot enter the building, then how are they treating our pets?

The best vet clinic I have ever been to. Dr. Bennett is the perfect doctor. What else really matters than that? The prices seem better than other places. Don't hesitate, make an appointment.

The veterinarian has been knowledgeable every time we have dealt with them. The grooming service has not been good at all. Reception has been routinely subpar, with setting up appointments and then when arriving to the appointment being told "there was no appointment for you on the schedule." Additionally, payment seemed to be the only thing they were interested in, they could not care less about satisfaction with the work they provide. Not once has the groomer ever asked for feedback or a description of what was wanted - only for payment. Really just not worth the time or effort when there are plenty of other options. Go elsewhere.

If you you have to go to this vet, see Dr. Bennett. Do not see Skinner. Dr. Skinner claimed my dog, who was vomiting and having diarrhea, didn't need bloodwork done and wanted to send him home with anti-nausea meds and a case of dog food to try instead. I insisted on the bloodwork, knowing my dog was not right and very ill. I found out he had elevated liver levels and was in need of emergency care. Dr. S then called the wrong vet to insist I get my dog in for an emergency appointment in my home state after I had called to provide the contact info of the correct vet clinic I would be taking my dog to. This office would also not release my dog's full records to me claiming I may not request them and that they can only send this info to other vets. My dog was having issues with an inflamed pancreas, gallbladder, liver, and kidneys, and multiple possible tumors. Dr. Bennett diagnosed my dog with chronic pancreatitis several years ago. Dr. Bennett was also always extremely caring and never patronizing. She advised I put my dog on a special diet, never to feed table food, etc. Dr. Skinner claimed my dog "doesn't have chronic pancreatitis just because he had *1* flare up years ago" without bothering to look into the history of my dog. There is only 1 record of a flare up with Knox Animal Clinic because other flare ups occurred when i was living in other cities and going to different vets. He's had multiple flare ups over the years. I was able to also keep them to a minimum as I followed Dr. Bennett's recommendations to keep my dog on a strict digestive care diet. It has since been confirmed from another vet my dog does in fact have chronic pancreatitis as indicated by bloodwork.
