Buckle up and take a lunch…you WILL be sitting in drive thru for a while. Along with sitting, you will be skipped. I usually get skipped at least once, and they go to the car after me. Petty complaints? Maybe, but to me they are not, and I may switch banks.

Good luck talking to someone on the phone. I am leaving after 10 years. I assume there is not enough staff for the amount of members that have flooded in.

This review isn't directed at this branch. But the bank over all. As a member they have hired an out source there customer service after hours, to a 3rd party. Why are we paying for that. I had to talk to them an they could not personally help me. It was a big wasn't of time. WHY HAS THE BANK USING OUR MONEY TO PAY FOR A SERVICE THAT SUCKS!

Horrible bank! Money in their pockets certainly comes first, not the customer. They will harass you for overdraft charges that should've never occurred in the first place. Also not a good place to get a loan, I'd look elsewhere regardless of the circumstances.

Everyone is very stuck up. Even the cop . No respect . If you have coins go somewhere else bc they look at you like you are trash , and also complain that you are there and talk about how they “could be getting their nails done but instead is waiting on you” oh yeah and the cop chimes in too. Horrible horrible place will not be back at this location SOUTH KNOX CHAPMAN HWY

Not even 30 days late on a car loan and Ashley Hayslitt called my dad and father in law saying she needed to speak to me. I might have understood if I was over 30 days behind but I wasn't. I reached out to her and she said I had signed a paper allowing this. No one else was on my car loan. Not even my wife. Which she did not call but, called family members about my debt. She broke regulations telling my dad if I was behind on a payment or not. This is absolutely horrid behavior from a bank. It was embarrassing for me and my wife. I had gotten in a car accident and got low on money. Felt like a kick when I was down.

Super great staff and physical locations, but almost impossible to get your account linked to anything online (budget trackers, paypal, etc). Super frustrating.
