Good experience! We bought two leather power recliners. It was a simple easy process. We are very satisfied with the recliners. The service was great, the price was right, and the employees were very friendly making the decision to purchase an easy process.

I wish I had read some of the reviews about the delivery process that others left here before I went through Knoxville Wholesale Furniture. We ordered a bedroom set on 2/4. We ordered a bed frame, 2 night stands, a wide dresser, and a taller dresser. We were told the day we ordered that the 2 nightstands and the wide dresser were definitely available to be delivered 2/16 and that the bed might be able to be delivered that date as well. The bed is also what they keep in stock, so they told us that if it didn't come that date it should be soon after because this is something they regularly stock. The wide dresser wasn't standard to what they keep in stock so we knew that it would be "special ordered" and take several weeks to come in. 2/15 rolls around and we haven't heard back about if we would get a bed frame or not. I wanted to know so we knew if we should take our existing bed frame apart so there was room to put the new one in our bedroom. I called the store and spoke to a manager (Joey) who was able to call the warehouse and told me that there was not a bed frame in stock but they have one scheduled to be delivered 2/19 so they could deliver all the regular order items (bed frame, 2 nightstands, and wide dresser) on 2/20. He said he would call me back if there was a problem but that I was scheduled for 2/20 delivery and no news was good news. As you can see from the date of this review, it's 2/20. This morning we got up and disassembled our bed frame and someone came to pick up our old dresser and nightstands in anticipation of our delivery. At 2:30pm I hadn't heard anything about what time our delivery would be so I called the store. What I heard is that we're not actually scheduled for delivery today. I spoke to our original salesperson and the "manager of managers" (I think his name was Bob) who said they could deliver 2 nightstands for sure on Friday 2/23 (although we're not available to receive it) but now they're not sure if they have the dresser and the bed will take 4-6 weeks before they'll have one to deliver. No one can explain to me what happened to the bed frame that was supposed to arrive today that could come to my house or what happened to the dresser that they claimed was also coming today. So here's my recommendation: They have a great floor area. Go look at all the many items they keep in store. If you find a piece you like there, look up that manufacturer and they're happy to provide you with a list of dealers in your area - Knoxville Wholesale Furniture is very likely not the only one selling those pieces. Find those pieces for sale at another company that is not apparently using carrier pigeons and an abacus to schedule and calculate the delivery of your pieces. For the amount of money we spent there I am shocked that there is no concern, regret, or remorse from the managers about the fact that we have 0 dressers now (by no fault of our own) and will now be sleeping on the floor for weeks as a result. Edit: They've now rescheduled our delivery to 2/27 and can promise us 1 single nightstand and the rest "won't know what they'll have until they go to pull it on 2/27". I don't understand how we got from most of what we bought being in the warehouse ready for us to one single item weeks later.

A little over a year old. I bought the extended warranty also and this company says this is not covered and the part of the couch that's bent and broken is covered but the warranty only covers labor not parts. What a joke of a company $2000 what a joke of a company

I am a very picky man when it come to the quality of furniture and service. I am also in the sales industry as is my salesman at KWF. JOEY MARCH was amazing and worked with me over a few months to make sure I was happy with my decision in picking out all of my house furniture. The delivery team was outstanding as well. After seeing the furniture in my house for a couple of days I realized it was to big . Joey ,allowed me to exchange some pieces for others. He scored a 150 out of 100.

I'm new to Yelp and only sharing my voice because the service at Knoxville Wholesale Furniture was so bad. Walking in, the staff was very inattentive. When someone finally came around to help, they were very pushy about buying all sorts of items we did not want nor were interested in. The prices were also extremely high. I had seen a lot of commercials and ads on local news channels and decided to give them a shot but I will never consider coming back. The owner (Tim Harris) is also a very strange and unusual man. He walks around with his little entourage and comes across very smug and rude. For a man who boasts about his Christian faith so much, he sure loves boasting about how much he allegedly gives back to the community.

Excellent customer service provided and extremely knowledgeable of their products! Mr. Eric demonstrated the epitome of customer service. He helped guide us to what furniture we need and what type would work for us. Highly recommend this place for all of your furniture needs!

I’ve had several deliveries from Knoxville Wholesale Furniture. Their delivery gentleman, James Turner, is fabulous! He always brings everything in and sets it up beautifully. Knoxville Wholesale Furniture 410 N. Peters Rd. Knoxville, Tn. 37922 Customer service report BUYER BEWARE! Nov 04 23Purchase furniture from Knoxville wholesale furniture; over $20,000 of furniture. Paid up front, inclusive of the elevated furniture care protection. Nov 07 23 Returned to store to additionally purchase several large bar stools - for delivery. Sales checked inventory, and we were told everything we bought was in stock at the warehouse and will be delivered in a couple days. Except the barstools. Nov 10 23Attempted first delivery. A dining table and seven chairs delivered- missing one chair. One of the $600 chairs had a rip on the seat and was sent back. The other one just never made the truck. The coffee table delivered had a large chunk missing from it and was of course sent back. Dinning table was the wrong one (different color) and the chairs did not match what we ordered or even the wrong table that was sent. The chairs that were sent had scratches on the arm/leg. Had to send them all back. The delivery guys were great, but they can't do anything about what the supervisors load on the truck. As we were told all the items were in the warehouse, we expected they would just go back and get the correct items. Instead, they left, no one called us. We had to call the store and explain. No one had a clue what happened. Instead of correcting the order, they said the next available truck would be sometime next week. I must assume they do not have many trucks. Nov 17 23 Second delivery attempt. The coffee table missing a chunk from the first delivery was delivered. The kitchen table and 6 chairs - 3 of the chairs were delivered, with chips on the arm of the chair. Other chairs sent were loaner chairs that did not match the table or chairs in color or style as they could not find the correct chairs for the order. So we had to send them back. No one has yet called to explain the issues or address customer service. We now have to cancel the orders outstanding as it's been weeks, and no commitment can be made to reconcile the transaction. Management has not offered to refund us yet or discuss restitution of any kind. Still waiting. We did call sales (we do all the calling) , and they of course listened to us, but could not do anything. No manager or supervisor intervened to offer any sort of customer service, understanding, or apology. Probably the worst customer service we have experienced. Except for the delivery guys, who were embarrassed and caught in a bad situation to deal with the customer. All of the furniture purchased was dirty and had dust, marks, etc. on them. All were in need of a cleaning. Once the sale is made, and they take your money, you are truly on your own with this company. We even offered to go to the warehouse to pick up the missing order pieces, but could not be assured they would have them. Regardless of the amount or level of product of services you contract for, there is no reliability. BUYER BE WARE!

Such a relief that we found these folks after a nightmare situation with another area furniture store. Have purchased three pieces from them and all quality furniture for great prices AND all in stock and sitting in my house a few days later. Delivery guys show up when they say and are friendly and professional. Every. Time. Honestly don't know how the star rating isn't much higher. Appreciate you all so much!

I was happy with our sales experience and the furniture we purchased. However, we added the optional warranty to cover our furniture in the case of damage."Furniture Care Protection" has been very unresponsive.We followed up with Knoxville Wholesale Furniture to express our dissatisfaction.We soon received a response from Furniture Care Protection and were denied our claim because the table was "damaged in 2 spots, not just 1".I'm still having trouble understanding the logic of this response.In any case, you want to buy furniture? Knoxville Wholesale is a great place to go.But, DO NOT purchase any protection plans. You'll just be wasting the extra money.Had it not been for the claims experience, the review would be 5 stars.Sorry team. Choose a better partner to work with.

Purchased 2 chairs on 8/21/2023. The first chair was delivered and made a sound when sat on. The store wanted to send someone out to take the chair apart to repair. I was extremely unhappy about the situation and eventually received a new chair. The second chair was finally available and I received it on 9/30/2023. The second chair is Ivory. That chair is damaged. It is dirty and has dark oily stains on it. One chair arm is bent in and the lining is on the floor. The store wants to repair the chair but cannot repair it for another month. DO NOT EVER PURCHASE anything from this store! Their furniture arrives in poor condition. I have never received anything purchased from any store in such pathetic condition. Waste of money and time.

The in store experience was great. Liz was very helpful in helping us pick out a couch, and the process of ordering and setting a delivery date was seamless. The day of delivery, they arrived with the wrong couch. Supposedly it was the same one, but in dark brown leather when we ordered the upholstered white/cream color. The delivery guys said that they must have loaded the wrong one, but he called his supervisor who said that they would set out the right one for them to come pick up and get to me. By 5:30 that evening, I hadn’t heard anything so I called the store. The store told me that the one that they had planned to deliver to me was damaged, so they wouldn’t be bringing it to me after all. I wondered when anyone planned to call and tell me that. The next day, they said they were looking all over the warehouse for another one, because their system showed that they had another one in stock too. Again we waited all day to get an update, just for them to tell us at the end of the day that they can’t find it. I was told that we could either pick out another couch, get a full refund, or wait “a few months” for them to order another one and get it to us. At this point I asked them about the floor model, wondering if we could just take that one off the floor since they don’t even have any more to sell. I was told that that is not an option, and we can not have the floor model. So at this point we just opted for the refund, because we didn’t want our money to go to this business if this is how they conduct it.Furniture is very expensive, and KWF certainly has a nice selection, but I would 100% take your business elsewhere due to the poor management. Not worth your time or money.

$6000 worth of leather reclining furniture that wobbles and creaks when you put it up and down, USB ports which have never worked, motors (power recliners) which have been replaced and still after a year nothing is fixed. Lousy customer service. I offered to have this furniture returned as it still looks brand new and I would buy new furniture of equal value just a different brand plus two additional recliners plus I'm in the market for a new king sized bed. For the mark up there is in furniture, you would think the store would be delighted to make more money and keep a loyal long time customer happy. Apparently not. I'm really surprised at this attitude.
