I used to shop here all the time but the past couple of years, the women's merchandise hasn't been the quality I expected. It looks more like cheap bargain store merchandise but much more expensive! I have been very disappointed the last few times I have shopped here. Fuller size women like " classy styles too not something that makes us look dowdy. You need a new buyer for your women's department!

I do not like how Kohl's handles sales, coupons, etc. A price on an item can fluctuate several dollars while in stock. One minute clearance has an extra percent off already discounted prices then next time the discounted price is as is. And when you notice a recently purchased item is now cheaper, you have to go into the store for a price adjustment within a short time frame, even though it is on your Kohl's cc. However, it could go back up in price before you get back. Ridiculous! I am not a fan of Kohls bc of this main issue. Stop messing with your prices so much.

Fairly good deals on quality products, but 30% coupon not good on too many items. Each time I travel to Kohl's it seems more brands are added to the "coupon exempt" list.

Kohl’s partnership with Amazon is great. We like to stop in and bring back our returns and use the coupon we get to find something we need at Kohl’s. There is a big selection throughout the store of clothes, home goods, toys (the kid’s favorite section), and other items. You can usually get pretty good deals when you use coupons and when you have the Kohl’s card, that helps too. The people who help at the Amazon counter have all been nice as well.
The only thing that was frustrating was that the price checkers did not work in multiple locations in the store last time I went.

Thankfully the store layout does not change for infrequent shoppers like myself. Able to select, verify fit and leave within 30 minutes.

Great customer service !!! The young ladies in Sephora are excellent knowledgeable and kind to their customer needs. Rahjahay recommended a face cream that was life-changing she knows the products in the store and what works best for customers. Sequoia helped me with color and she was very patient and knowledgeable in the products. I’m so pleased with my service and will continue getting my makeup here.
