Worst customer service ever. I came to pick up my medicine after the third try, and they still didn't have it transfered to them. Also, called to speak to a pharmacy tech and was told I couldn't speak to them. Terrible service

Shop here weekly. I'm always treated very well by the employees. Today, Sol, provided one of the best customer experiences I've ever had. True story.

Today, this Kroger on Middlebrook had poor customer service. I was checking out through the self service registers. The far left ones. The lady next to us was trying to get the attention of one of the self check out service ppl from the self check next to me.She called out to him about 5 times. Since I was closer, I went to him and he said that's not my side. Just in such a rude way. At least say let me get you someone who can help.My husband and I went to one of the managers, Christine (I believe that's her name) and she just apologized. I still felt like this was just going to be passed over but if you're customer service - please help. We've been going to Food City because the atmosphere is better and so is the customer service. Tried Kroger again because it was closer... big mistake today!

Kroger Pharmacy team on Middlebrook are consistently helpful and friendly. I have been going to this location for years. The Little Clinic is equally wonderful. A great neighborhood asset.

My daughter and I went to this Kroger today and had the best experience I've ever had in a grocery store. People there were so friendly so we so clean what made the experience so outstanding was that we went to Starbucks and Keith think it was anyways he was so sweet to my daughter I'm so polite to me. It was just a great experience. Then we go to check out the bag lady played with my daughter Abigail and I was so impressed how they were just so great her name was Jane these two should definitely be promoted or recognized for the best employees ever. I would definitely recommend this grocery store to anyone.

I've used this pharmacy for many years. I changed a while back (for convenience to my work location) but quickly changed back after realizing how good it was, in comparison to Walgreens. The service is excellent! They always notify me when my prescriptions are ready and make it simple for me to request for them to call my dr when the prescription runs out. The hours are convenient and pick up and checking out is ways a breeze. I'm thankful to have this pharmacy close enough because I don't think I would be able to find equal service and convenience elsewhere! Great job, Krogers Middlebrook!

App won't work. Everytime I come they question my identity. They won't deliver. No concept of customer service for the elderly

I've been shopping at this location for 20 years and it's gone downhill terribly..starting the year before Covid they were out of stock on many items and never had enough cashiers. Now the store is dirty, not faced, out of stock on many items, items on shelves so high you have to scale the other shelves to get them. And last but not least, meat and dairy items going out of date. They never have more than one cashier and you'll often spend 15 minutes checking out....by a " guy" with all sorts of piercings and green fingernail polish....

This Kroger located at 9161 Middlebrook Pike is the closest location to my home so I usually go here just to grab a few things needed. For the most part, the employees at this location are not helpful when asked questions about finding a product. On Wednesday, July 20, 2022, I used the regular check out lane instead of self checkout as I usually do. The clerk, Dianne, was very rude - did not greet me nor thank me after I paid. When I asked about an item that was supposed to be on sale, she very rudely replied, "You have to scan a Kroger card to get the sale price." So I stopped putting my items on the counter and got in my wallet for my card. Then the bagger, Kevin, very rudely said, "You need to put those items on the counter and pay for them!" I acknowledged that I knew about those items and was going to put them up as soon as I scanned my card. Neither of these employees thanked me nor said anything friendly at all during this visit. I will drive to the Kroger at The Landings at Cedar Bluff from now on if I decide to keep shopping with Kroger. This is not the first time I have been treated rudely by employees at this location. I will NOT be shopping at this location again.

The guy who works the drive thru is one of the most unpleasant, rude, and arrogant people I have ever come across in my life. He is just awful everytime!! He is condescending and lazy and clearly doesn't want to work. I had a coupon card and was prepared to read him the number and he said it would be easier if I went inside. I asked if I had to (my dog was in the car and it's 85 degrees outside) he said "we could try but it's easier to go inside and have the girl in there do it" so I said can we please try it. He then refused and he made me go inside. All he had to do was type in a couple numbers. He doesn't communicate at all. I dread going through the drive thru because his vibe is horrible. What a miserable person. It is like he wants to negatively impact everyone he encounters. Worst customer service ever. He should be fired.

I was in this Kroger location today and was checked out by one of the worse and rudest employee that I have ever encountered ( I did not get his name, but he very large and had a beard) working Easter morning. The bag boy ( with diffent colors of hair) was extremely nice. I will avoid this employee in the future. I may start shopping at another market.

I was advised that one of my medications was on order and, actually, now that they are looking at it, they are putting the order on hold and I would need to come in and prove I had insurance as the medication is 800. They had no issue filling a prescription for 1000 for a drug of a different class. The person I spoke with was gleefully obstructionist and proud of what they did.My insurance requires me to shop at CVS to get the best price, and so anything they don't cover under my plan, like face creams, I get here for the goodrx price. You get what you pay for, though. The service is bottom tier.

Usually have had great service. Switched insurance companies and caused problems getting a refill filled. They had several contacts with my Dr and after twice previously taking my new insurance card to them I had to take it a third time. I took it in person and instead of the pharmacy tech trying to help he more or less blew me off. After showing him a email that my Dr had sent he still tried to blame them, and advised me my Dr. needed to fix the problem.Although have had great service over the years may be time for a change.
