Absolutely the Worst pharmacy I've ever had the displeasure of having to deal with. I would never choose to use them, but there's 2 Kroger pharmacy on Broadway in Knoxville and my PCP as well as my orthopedic surgeon accidentally send my rxs here sometimes. I had total hip replacements, left then right, 4 months apart and, of course, was prescribed narcotic pain medicine. They treated me like a criminal both times I had to have it. I checked the status of a refill online and it said "Thanks for picking up your prescription!" I hadn't picked it up and I was extremely concerned, as you can imagine, so I called the auto service to check and it told me "this medication isn't refillable, call your provider." TOC will not call in ANY medication on the weekends, I had enough medicine to get me to am Sunday (POD #5) and I was very worried that someone else picked up my Rx, as that's what the link told me. So I called to ask what was going on and told the pharmacist all of the above her response was to laugh, then she curtly said, "it was called in Thursday and I put it on hold because it was too early to fill, it isn't due until Saturday, 4 days". Now this call is at 1pm on Saturday, I wasn't trying to pick the Rx up, was just checking status because they're Horrible about posting status updates. She gave No explanation for the erroneous web tracking message, but since she laughed, I assume it was done as some sort of wicked joke. She said "I'll put it in now, but you can't pick it up until 4pm!" (exactly 96hrs=4 days) I said, "I didn't intend to pick it up until late afternoon in the 1st place as I still have pills from original order." She repeated, "I'm putting it in right now, we'll see you after 4." I'm not drug seeking, nor a criminal, I had a major surgery that is extremely painful. My surgeon knows what he's doing, new laws only allow pain Rx for max of 5 days, he doesn't work on weekends and is in surgery all day every Friday and when a refill will be needed on a weekend he calls all them in on Thursday. This opinionated, prejudiced, unprofessional young lady made erroneous assumptions and made me feel dirty and horrible and made me cry. My 1st hip surgery in November 2023 I wasn't told TOC policy for weekend and I ran out of medication Sunday, post op day 5 and when it wore completely off around 11pm I was in excruciating pain. I'd sent email to TOC liaison and Dr. Poole called me personally to apologize and said he'd already sent refill in (it's 8am Monday, POD #6) The pharmacist didn't fill it until 10:30am!! His excuse was, "I've had a lot of other orders to fill" he wouldn't have filled it then if I hadn't finally called when I received no status messages by 10am. I explained the situation I was in and he didn't express the tiniest bit of empathy. He didn't apologize for taking 2.5hrs to fill my rx. He did at least stop talking to me with abject scorn. Pharmacists who think every patient is a drug abuser just because they're prescribed controlled medication shouldn't be allowed to practice. I want Kroger to investigate why I received the erroneous message on tracking and this pharmacist's unprofessional behavior. This is the last month I use Any Kroger pharmacy for my routine and prn medications. Pharmacists are Not doctors. It isn't their place to judge if an ordered medication is or isn't necessary or appropriate. Patients have legitimate conditions that may require prescriptions for controlled medication. It doesn't make them criminals or addicts. If they have an opinion about what/how much Rx is ordered for a patient they need to discuss it with the physician. Every patient deserves to be treated with dignity, respect and kindness, personal opinions and prejudices should remain just that, personal.

These folks went above and beyond getting my meds to me today. I feel like absolute hot garbage and they expedited my prescriptions super fast! I truly appreciate the staff. Thank you so much!

Not the place to come if you're disabled. Only 8 handicapped parking spaces because they removed a bunch of them to have 20 grocery pick up spots. Ridiculous. Also the motorized carts are always either not charged or broken. I always end up stuck sitting in the car because I can't walk for very long.

The students there drive me crazy. Takes longer to go through the drive-thru than to go instore. The students mess everything up and cause problems with your insurance. I'm switching to another pharmacy with less hassle...?

I like shopping at Kroger as it is very close to our home. However, sometimes I'm disappointed as they won't have certain veggies in stock, such as beets or garlic and I have to go further out of my way to get these at another store. Some of the many pros: helpful staff, lots of self check out machines, beautiful floral department and a very clean store. Also, I like that they have the Kroger gas station right by the store and hubby and I use our shopping points to get money off of our bill at the pump. If you don't already have the Kroger app on your phone, I'd highly recommend downloading it. You can clip the weekly coupons right on there.

When I tell you it's ALWAYS SOMETHING with this pharmacy... I can't detail all of the absolute horrible experiences I've had with this constantly rotating staff, but it's the condescending attitudes for me. They think because they're on the other side of that counter it makes them doctors and I'm not having it. I understand all people don't operate with the same levels of common courtesy and sense. These people are supposed to be professionals, but they treat patients very badly. They are also bad about shouting out your information in front of the whole store too. They will tell you one thing on the phone and then blindside you in the pharmacy. If it wasn't for my circumstances, I would have been gone a long time ago. Please, try another place before committing to this Kroger pharmacy.

I have been a long stand loyal Kroger customer for over 25 years until this last weekend. Im am disabled am have been hospitalized so I am currently unable to drive. I ordered a delivery grocery order from Krogers. it was a substantial order of over 150.00. It never arrived I called Kroger they tracked it and confirmed it had never even come close to my address it had been stolen. They issues a refund. it has now been 8 days my account is in hold I can't do anything until I get this refund. why couldnt something more been done doing without for days because of this due to no fault of my own is ridiculous. I want my money back I have proof. I will continue to complain and leave reviews as I am forced to suffer cause of their poor hiring skills.

I am maybe was a new customer to this pharmacy. I'm new in town told the girls my medication was 2 days late. She says oh I will call you back in plenty of time to get here and it was 30 minutes before closing time I got here one minute after 8:00 she never called and it's closed they had very careless and heartless, lazy employees in the pharmacy on night shift. Guess it time to find a new caring pharmacy. If you want to waste your time this is the pharmacy to be & come to.!!!!!!!!!

As a collector of the seasonal Starbucks tumblers, I find great joy in visiting a Starbucks/Kroger location that has a coveted item in stock. To young Kailei and her young male associate who attempted to steal this joy today, "We've been here since 6am" is not an acceptable excuse for treating customers poorly. A simple merchandise purchase should never be met with such contempt. If the two of you were unable or unwilling to tend to customer needs today, you shouldn't have opened. Young man, when I asked for a bag for my merchandise, I didn't want you to shove one in my face so I could bag the tumbler myself. And Kailei, when I asked you for a receipt, the eye roll was unnecessary. Surely in your industry, a receipt request isn't unheard of. It's standard at most locations. The fact that the tumbler was in stock is the only reason why I'm giving two stars.

If you want to be on time for anything including the Rapture don't use the drive thru pharmacy. Nice people but ridiculous wait times. I'm talking 15 minutes or more.

Jackson just banned me from ever returning to the store. He informed me my insurance card had the wrong group on it would not try again nor would he call. This card is a known good I just used it across the street. Accused me of having an attitude, and I informed him that I did not have one, I didn't know what he was talking about, but if he keeps treating me like that I will have one. I truly don't know what he's talking about. I have a neck infection which I have to take antibiotics for and it makes me sound like gravel not that I'm mad at anyone. I don't get these young snowflakes their skin is literally transparent. And they no longer want to do their job either, not helpful at all. left me in the middle of checking out, so he could help other people twice, but I was patient and understanding. I'm just too old for this drama. If you use this pharmacy I would suggest you head elsewhere. Or suffer Mr Jackson' completely misreading the situation after he fails to do his job or treat the customer in an appropriate manner.

I stay disappointed in this Kroger. My wife has an autoimmune disorder that requires her to have medicine everyday for the rest of her life. We go through the steps by seeing her doctor, calling in a refill, receiving the “prescription is ready message”, and still it continues to be a few days behind or never filled at all. My wife has suffered days between the medication because of the poor communication from this pharmacy. As a matter of fact, we tend to go a day later than it’s scheduled to be ready because we know it’s never on time. This is not a staff, COVID, or medicine availability issue. It’s simply poor management and lack of intentionality by the pharmacy. Our doctors are aware of this ongoing issue and we will avoid getting medicine sent to this pharmacy.
