Was having trouble with my medical provider sending my Rx here. Everyone I spoke with here were kind and helpful. Mariah even went above and beyond to make the process easier for whenever my Rx was received and I think it made all the difference. Happy I randomly chose Kroger as my new pharmacy, I had a great experience.

I've had it! Their new personal shoppers are so rude. Will cut you off, like you don't exist! Also had them hit me with their cart and not say sorry or anything. They act like their shopping is more important than the other people that are in there shopping. They also park the carts at very inappropriate places instead of out of the way! They need training in the proper way to shop and not get in the way of the customers!

I just called to see if a medication was in stock that I have had filled there for several years. I was told that what they had was for their regular customers and they couldn't for me.

This pharmacy is TERRIBLE! They were suppose to open at 8am so my mother went at 745am to be first in the drive thru so she could get her rx quickly & get back home as she is elderly & handicapped. They left her sitting in the drive thru until 825am and they never acknowledged her nor did they ever come to the window. She kept trying to call them and they were not answering. She finally got a woman to answer to explain her frustrations and the woman hung up on her! We will NEVER be back to this pharmacy and will be calling the store manager to make a complaint, also making a complaint to their headquarters and to the BBB. U do not leave a handicapped person helpless in your drive thru for 45mins ever. Then hang up on them when they call. Very unprofessional and they will be dealt with as this is NOT the first time they have done something like this. Terrible customer service and terrible person shouldnt even be dealing with people. She should be fired.

We had to come here after two other pharmacies could not fill one of our prescriptions. 35 minute wait. Not very friendly or helpful staff!

I wouldn’t even give them one star if I didn’t have to! They don’t know what they are talking about when it comes to pick up times and the day it will be ready for pick up. I was told when I called in a prescription on Saturday that I could pick it up with a 90 day supply on Tuesday. When Tuesday came I called to see if it was ready because I was never notified that it was. Only to be told that it was not here, I won’t be here until Wednesday and it’s only a 30 day supply. Calling their customers and letting them know about a delay or to even let them know the prescription has been filled and ready are not important to them. I have complained and talked to two managers and nothing has been done so I have transferred my daughter’s prescriptions else where.

Probably one of the best grocery stores in Knoxville. Everything is always clean, great deli section, great beer selection, lots of choices when it comes to everything and great customer service.

Not enforcing the mandatory mask mandate. 5 adult costumers walking past staff. Very disappointing. I figured a major company would do better.

Kroger ClickList pickup is terribly managed. I've had to wait 15 cars deep for an order one day. Another day they were 2 1/2 hours behind and I hadn't received a phone call saying they were running behind. I've placed orders before several times and I'd more often than not get a phone call saying they were running behind by an hour or more. It all boils down to management.

I put allergy note in my file stating that no gelatin and no gelatin produced with pork. They have been not paying attention to my note and giving me medications with gelatin. When I talked with location pharmacist told me gelatin is not causing and they do not pay attention to my note.. very frustrated and I will complain about them to headquarter and bbb.
