The person who helped me today at around 8:30 in the morning in customer service was a white girl. She worked with extreme ill will. Very lazy, as was the person who was in the little room behind her. I lost my receipt and I had proof that I had bought something there, since it was on my credit card statement. She came into the room for a few minutes and told me that there had been no transactions with my card there in the last 2 days, even though I showed her the credit card statement. In short, the worst customer service I have ever seen in this country. A market with overpriced, “premium” items, but leaves a lot to be desired when it comes to treating customers well. Terrible experience. If they don’t have what I need at Walmart, I’ll go without it, but I won’t set foot in that place again because it doesn’t care about the customers.

Tricky to shop here. Price reflected on products was different during checkout. It seemed they do not have synchronized system for Kroger card and app. Paid almost more than 50% what I used to pay at Walmart for the same grocery.

Tried to use $100 bill to get $40 worth of gas and the guy said he couldn’t do it because there was not enough change?? You’re telling me that you don’t have $60 in the till. I call bs.

I went to the kroger money services and the old white lady saw me waiting in the entrance and she just started talking to the other employee i wait for long because they were taking care of other customers . Two of them are helping the customer and then a white guy just came in and she just ignored skipped me asking him if he needs help with anything. I feel bad she did that because im hispanic?? Ugh 😤 . The good thing is that he was a gentleman and he just pointed at me that i came in fist.. really?? I just can’t with it..😤

I try to avoid this place, even though I live close by. The vibe is dreary old grocery store, the employees unhappy and unhelpful, and the prices outrageously high. They have a good selection, so I have to shop here for some things I like. You can usually get in and out quickly. Still, I only go here when I can' t find what I want elsewhere.

This is specifically for the Kroger on Kingston Pike, near Chick-fil-A and Starbucks. I went today to place an order for a cake. I tried to place it yesterday but the bakery was closed tomorrow’s my son‘s birthday so it’s a last-minute thing but they refused to do the cake and said they needed 48 hours, however when I called the Kroger on Clinton Highway they were able to get it scheduled for my son to have a cake tomorrow so the fact that this store would not accommodate my needs because they wanted 48 hours, but other stores could do it is very disappointing. I have to drive further out to pick up the cake, but at least they were able to accommodate my needs compared to the other store that wasn’t willing to help and make one cake for tomorrow.

My wife and I went to this Kroger today. It’s a very nice store! but the guy doing the bagging of groceries was horrible. He did not give a sh! He dropped 3 of the 4 apples I bought on the floor.He acted like did no wrong and proceeded to put them in our bag . My wife said to him the apples will be all bruised hell! And they were. The rest of our groceries were a mess. hummus turn upside down and just a big mess. Worst bagger I have ever had. The cashier was nice she gave me money back for the apples.Kroger needs to either train this guy better or get him attitude adjustment out the door!
