The selection at Farragut is great, but today (11-16-2021) one of your cashiers was extremely rude to us at checkout for no reason on our part. Kroger employees have always been helpful and friendly so we were shocked at this woman's attitude. We "took it" without comment to her and moved on. Please remind your employees who actually funds their jobs.

Use to be my favorite location now most employees do not wear their mask correctly and also most customers coming in to the store do not wear them correctly. This makes for making shopping feel unsafe as if this is going on how can I remotely trust that you are cleaning surfaces correctly. But hey I guess you just don’t care as I’ve brought this up to management as well as sent messages to the main location.

I have been a faithful shopper since you opened, but today about half of your employees were either wearing their mask wrong or not wearing one at all. This isn't acceptable.

Kroger was stocked up on most products even the ones people are hoarding. The employees were unloading the trucks this morning and most of them in good spirits. People are trying to bypass the limits on the products that have limits... you people hoarding are nasty with these cashiers that are going to work every day so that you can shop for groceries..... be nice, they are doing their job and even when dealing with rude customers are being polite! Thank you all Kroger employees for doing what you do!

This Kroger is your place to shop if you like one place to shop for everything store. They've gone to more and more Kroger brand items and Kroger Coupons rather than have brand names. Some of the Kroger brands are OK but many are far inferior. It seems we will have to do more more of our shopping elsewhere. Even though the store is very clean and welcoming, it needs more brand selection. Needs less outdated food.

Store is very dirty outside with litter and trash. They make the bucks at this store. They need to spend few and clean it up. Look like it belongs in the shady part of town. Put an ash tray out here for the cancer stick people. There is crap every where. If the outside is bad, how is the inside? Our food comes from here.

I was a cashier at this location and when I left 4 weeks ago they haven't paid me the last check and it's been 4 weeks already I called them and I talked with Debbie and she gave me the corporate office telephone and I called them opened up a ticket that was a week ago and I haven't received my money. They gave such bad attitudes every manager treats you with attitude like if they owned the place specially Rhonda and Daniel not to mention Silvia and Debbie I'm so glad I left but I do want my money

This store makes me want to pull my hair out. It so frustrating to walk around and around looking for something simple like salt, or sugar. I was in the store today to pick up about 10 basic items and it took me 30 minutes. I kept crossing paths with the same people wandering around on what felt like a scavenger hunt. And when you do finally find what you are seeking it's only available in the Kroger brand. That's anther reason I'm buying more basic items I want on Amazon.

Avoid if you want fresh organic bananas. None to be found. Actually no bananas organic or otherwise anywhere in the store - even frozen. Weird

I would like to speak with the area supervisor of the Kroger on Brooklawn in Knoxville Tennessee concerning my “shopping experience“ at their store today. I have already spoken with the “manager“ Mario and decided after I was told to calm down… That he was not the person to be discussing the situation with. I also tried calling the customer care line and was told that they could not give me the supervisors name. At this point Kroger's owes me $92.89… And somebody needs to contact me as to how they're going to get me my money! Small claims court is not out of the question… But let's hope it doesn't go that far! I am a 20+ year shopper of Kroger and cannot believe the apathy that I encountered at this store. With all the other grocery chains around, turning a blind eye to someone's concerns is not in your best interest!
