My daughter and I went to this Kroger today and had the best experience I've ever had in a grocery store. People there were so friendly so we so clean what made the experience so outstanding was that we went to Starbucks and Keith think it was anyways he was so sweet to my daughter I'm so polite to me. It was just a great experience. Then we go to check out the bag lady played with my daughter Abigail and I was so impressed how they were just so great her name was Jane these two should definitely be promoted or recognized for the best employees ever. I would definitely recommend this grocery store to anyone.

I've used this pharmacy for many years. I changed a while back (for convenience to my work location) but quickly changed back after realizing how good it was, in comparison to Walgreens. The service is excellent! They always notify me when my prescriptions are ready and make it simple for me to request for them to call my dr when the prescription runs out. The hours are convenient and pick up and checking out is ways a breeze. I'm thankful to have this pharmacy close enough because I don't think I would be able to find equal service and convenience elsewhere! Great job, Krogers Middlebrook!

Very disappointed that not one person had a register open. I guess I’m an employee now without the benefits. I’m really starting to hate “self checkout”.
It’s harder when you have small children to focus on, you don’t want to be checking yourself out.
Tons of employees were just standing around doing nothing, so it’s not a shortage of employees.
Please do better Kroger. I spend a lot of money at your grocery store and the least you can do is ring up my groceries.

I've been shopping at this location for 20 years and it's gone downhill terribly..starting the year before Covid they were out of stock on many items and never had enough cashiers. Now the store is dirty, not faced, out of stock on many items, items on shelves so high you have to scale the other shelves to get them. And last but not least, meat and dairy items going out of date. They never have more than one cashier and you'll often spend 15 minutes checking out....by a " guy" with all sorts of piercings and green fingernail polish....

We ordered clicklist at 2pm, for pickup at 7:30. Got there at 7:30 to pick up our groceries, waited 15mins, only to be told not going to be ready today, and sorry they didnt call. Then told when we cancelled it would be approx 72hrs before refunded. Not a good customer experience. Management was polite and apologized, but that didnt help the fact we depended on them to keep to what we signed up for.

I was in this Kroger location today and was checked out by one of the worse and rudest employee that I have ever encountered ( I did not get his name, but he very large and had a beard) working Easter morning. The bag boy ( with diffent colors of hair) was extremely nice. I will avoid this employee in the future. I may start shopping at another market.

Love this pharmacy! My first time in was today to do antibody test. Pharmacist was very kind and very attentive!! Will be back for sure! Why can’t they all be like this guy!

we use Middlebrook Pike for clicklist because they mostly have everything in stock. Sometimes they do not but they do their best to substitute accordingly. Nice staff who wears masks. We have to open out trunk or hatch. This has been the best Kroger for clicklist.

This Kroger has gone downhill so much! They keep nothing stocked lately! I hope that people will give feedback and that they make some much needed changes.

Have had issues off and on, they can't locate a prescription, they don't run it through the discount card correctly, fill the wrong prescription, etc. This experience has to be the worst though, apparently being accused of abusing an uncontrolled medication simply for trying to fill it before traveling for the holidays. Have enough for the trip but will be needed immediately upon return so thought it could be filled early. Mind you it is not controlled, nor is it going through insurance. The request is refused per pharmacist discretion. Despise being profiled and embarrassed as well as pharmacists putting themselves on godlike pedestals the same way pharmaceutical companies do!

I've been to Kroger 3 times this week (Monday & twice today). All 3 times I have either been overcharged or my digital coupons didn't redeem off my Kroger card. I've had to stand in line at Customer Service for a refund and contact the digital cout on department 3 times to get credit because coupons were not applied to my order. I'm an avid Kroger shopper but I can take my 400.00 to 500.00 a month and spend it at Ingles, Food City or Aldi. Kroger has not been very convenient for me this week.
