I always find something here that I have to have! I've never spent more than $20 walking out with multiple things. The higher priced items are always reasonably priced too, not like goodwill & karm where it feels like a money grab. I take all my donations here now because the cause of Ladies of Charity feels genuine.

Wonderful thrift store, Staff is very friendly, Knowledgeable, and helpful. The place is huge, and has good pricing. I like shopping there and helping to support their mission in providing food and clothing for people less fortunate than I.

I've been going here several years. Never had a problem. Today a worker was snorting something on bathroom sink.. when she came out of br she starts going through my cart. She took couple items out. When I got to register the clothes she took out was there. I will not be going back. Pill heads are everywhere I went to the food pantry today April 13th to get help with food.. the lady told me that unless I deleted my review that she wouldn't help me with food.. Because lady in bathroom was a board member . I didn't get any food. That's just not right . So.. if you leave a review and they don't like it.. they won't help you with food

I called to ask about a washer and a dryer or if they knew of any other groups that could help me find them. The lady that called me back was beyond rude and didn’t even speak to me like I was a human. I wont be recommending them for my friends that need help.

Pretty decent selection. Cashiers can be a little uppity but that's understandable considering they're so close to God and all they really have is passing judgement on others to feel better about their own existence. Past that, prices are good. You will find treasures with a little patience.

I drove out here for a specific item I saw posted on fb market! Josh was awesome - responded to my questions about the item on fb messenger, then helped me load this big ole chair into my car. He even honored a discounted price!! Love knowing that my purchase is going right back into the community. Their items and warehouse are clean and everyone working there is so friendly. I wish we lived closer - I’d be going there so often!!

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. The issue is not necessarily that they require masks 2 years post Covid-19 began. This issue is that they gave me a mask that resembled a 12 year old boys sock. And it wasn’t even a full mask. I had to tie it myself. What kind of charity is this?? My friend Laynie says the real problem is that they threw a mask at us when we said we didn’t have masks. And then proceeded to talk mad smack. Ladies of charity? More like ladies of vulgarity!!!!
