“Stopped in after my morning run and needed to get a load done quick. Machines were all available and everything ran fast. I was in and out in less than an hour which is exactly what I needed before heading to my next thing. The facility was spotless and everything worked smoothly. Coins and card both accepted which made it convenient. Honestly the Speed here is what impressed me most, cycles were efficient and I didn't waste half my day waiting around. Perfect stop if you're trying to fit laundry between activities or just need something done without wasting time. I'd recommend for anyone who needs a quick turnaround spot after workouts or appointments”

“First time visit was very friendly and shared with me about the cleaners. They do a great job. I was really impressed with my expensive silk blouse. It turned out absolutely beautiful. I drove all the way from Crossville and I will continue. After my first visit, they actually sent me a thank you note, handwritten via mail absolutely a surprise to me, but very welcomed”

“Highest Recommendation. I congratulate Eddie Mannis, Owner, for running the absolute best dry-cleaning retail operation I have ever experienced in my lifetime. I drove a 5-hour round trip just to bring three vintage garments to the main plant on Taggard Lane. I trusted no one else. The customer service is unmatched. Samantha and Bonnie welcomed me warmly at the counter and patiently documented my request to have an expert determine the best cleaning method for each unique piece. Later on, a plant specialist carefully evaluated the garments. The personal touches continued afterward: Amanda and Eydi sent a thank-you greeting to welcome me as a new customer, and Jennifer provided clear email updates through every step of the process. When I picked them up, (another 5-hour round trip) my vintage garments were cleaned far beyond my expectations. I have never seen this level of dedication from any business. Prestige Cleaners truly cares about its customers. Thank you!”

“Crown Cleaners was incredibly professional from start to finish. They truly went above and beyond to help locate a family heirloom ring that meant so much to my husband—and they actually found it. The owner was very hands-on, communicative, and clearly cared about the outcome as much as we did. The entire experience was reassuring, and exceeded our expectations. I can’t recommend them highly enough.”

“Great family laundry. I dont know the exact ownership/management set-up but the family that keeps it clean and running is great. It has good equipment and decent prices. All front loaders with four different sizes including a huge one for blankets and what not. The dryers and quick and cheap. Locked and opened only for customers bathroom that is super clean. A few novelty games and coin pusher for fun. Places to sit. The parking can be tricky at peak times but still doable if you go around back. Love this place”

“Unfortunately, my experience at this dry cleaner was not the best. I brought in a delicate silk blouse, and it came back with a small stain that wasn't there before. While the staff was apologetic and offered to re-clean it, I was disappointed with the initial outcome. I hope they can improve their quality control in the future.”
