My girls have been attending Little Bugs for over 6 years. I can't say enough about the fantastic staff and administration, they are family at this point.

I couldn’t ask for better teachers to be taking care of my babies. I love this center, I love the nature they provide to my children, I love how caring they are. The director and owner are just the sweetest. I am so happy I found this center my children have been in many child care centers in the area and a big negative for me. I love how they can welcome all my children even my special needs children with open arms. Best child care around.

Great daycare with caring teachers! I was super nervous sending my baby to daycare but that anxiety quickly subsided after starting with Little Bugs. Ms. Kiki and Ms. Alison are so good to all the babies in their room. Love that so the class rooms have water days in the summer. Highly recommend.

I don't recommend this business for anybody looking for child care. I won't say anymore than that because I think it's tacky cuz I used to work there. I just urge everybody to look elsewhere before considering this daycare.

I would do anything to go back to this daycare with my siblings Arianna and Matthew I would do anything to go back to Tennessee this is the best daycare you’ll get. But I do need to visit everyone in Tennessee again. Anyways yeah the day care is the BEST daycare you’ll get.

I had no intention of writing a review, I was merely looking up the website in order to make a payment, but when I came across some negative reviews for Littlebugs I felt the need to say something. My two boys have been going here since we moved to Knoxville in 2015. The caregivers have been nothing short of incredible. The administrators are understanding, easy to speak to regarding any concerns, and extremely available despite what someone alluded to on a separate review. My kids have very much enjoyed their time here. In over five years, with two different kids, I have never had a single concern with the care my boys were receiving. My son, who completed the pre-school program, was well-prepared for Kindergarten, and continues to excel in school. As far as the playground setting, I often times come to pick up my 3 year old and see him smiling and laughing as he runs up and down the hill and plays on the PIRATE ship. When my eldest son spends the summer at Littlebugs he gets to see some of his past caregivers who greet him with open arms and big hugs. There's a lot more I could say about this center, but hopefully the little I have said has made it clear to those considering sending their children here, that they'd be lucky to have their children attend.

Our kids have been going to this center since birth to Kindergarten. We love this place. This is NOT your typical "synthetic" child center with a resin mulched playground near a high traffic road that resembles a prison with 20 minute outside time. This is a close to nature center where kids grow their garden, get dirty and enjoy a park like environment in the woods. They get taken on nature walks to observe horses and ducks. Even infants get taken on nature walks in a stroller. All the teachers are super nice and love the kids. Kids have a lot of fun and learn a lot. Our kids can read books before they go to Kindergarten.

We've had a great experience with Littlebugs since enrolling our kids here last August. It's a big facility, so with that you get a lot of sickness that goes around, but you also get the benefit of having so many programs and resources available. The teachers and staff really go above and beyond for the kids, and it shows - mine absolutely love coming here!

I was really excited to tour here, but when I showed up for my scheduled tour, no one was there. The poor employees seemed embarrassed, but acted like this wasn’t out of the ordinary. Melanie finally showed up in sandals, a tank top & very short shorts to show me around. I’ve never been less impressed with a child care center. It was loud, filthy & chaotic. I got no real information. She took me from room to room & mostly spoke to the children in the room (many of whom she didn’t even know) & joked around with the employees. Nearly every room had at least one teacher on their phone. Most rooms had food on the floor & some dead plants in the windows. The playground was horrifying. Some strange Noah’s Ark looking boat, the ground was mostly under water, what I think was a sandbox & tree stumps. What are toddlers supposed to do with tree stumps...? I can’t imagine anyone being pleased with the care their child is receiving there.

Very old & dirty building. My child was always coming home hurt. Super high staff turnover. Management is never there, they’re always always always on vacation or out drinking. When they are there, they’re on their phones. Employees are treated badly. My child was in the younger three year old with a very young teacher & she would come home talking about Tinder. So inappropriate.

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE place. My niece has a milk allergy after bringing in dr note they continued giving her milk which caused rashes diarrhea and if given too much a seizure. After months of this I called them out for there negligence and they continue to tell me I didn’t give the doctors note to the right person -which was her teacher (front desk never has anyone there) Sarah(when she is at the front desk) and melody ( the owner ) kept getting an attitude with me (her aunt ) my sister(her mother) and my mom (her grandmother).Very unhelpful, unprofessional, and disrespectful. I would not recommend as they also failed to give my other niece there medicines that they had 2 doctors notes for
