This was my first experience with Lowe’s, and unfortunately, it was extremely disappointing. I called to find out why my mower wasn’t delivered today as promised. The associate told me it was unavailable and that the only option was to reschedule for another day. When I asked why this happened, I received no explanation.
What makes the situation even more frustrating is that, according to their website, there are currently 4 units in stock. When I pointed this out and asked for clarification, the associate said she would put me on hold—then simply hung up on me.
This entire experience left me frustrated and disappointed. I cannot recommend Lowe’s based on how this situation was handled, and I do not plan to shop there again.

I’m extremely disappointed with the customer service at Lowe’s. I called trying to find out why my delivery was late, and before I could even ask a single question, I was transferred around endlessly without anyone giving me a straight answer. Twice, someone just hung up on me.
One of the people I spoke to was speaking so fast and unclearly that I literally could not understand a word he was saying. He was mumbling, swallowing words, and talking like he didn’t care if I understood him or not. When I politely asked him to speak more slowly, he just hung up on me.
This is completely unacceptable. I expected at least a minimum level of professionalism. Instead, I got passed around like a joke, talked to like I didn’t matter, and ultimately ignored. Terrible service.

Literally sat in the threaded pipe aisle, waiting for an associate for 15 minutes. On my mobility scooter. I even called the store, twice. Nobody in plumbing ever answered.

I don't go to Lowe's often, and the last couple of times I have been here, I have been... Inconvenienced.
First time was when I need a tool that was locked up. Nobody was in the tool department to unlock anything, so I ended up having to wait around 15 minutes before someone could finally open the dang thing.
And then after waiting, I was told I had to checkout immediately, even though I had more stuff I need to get?! So again, I end up wasting more time to go check out, and then head back to finish my shopping to and then need to checkout a second time.
Then on the next visit, there was not a single flatbed or cart available in the garden zone. I ended up going out to the cart returns to get a flatbed. Not even sure where they all were, because the the cart returns weren't even full. After wasting time doing that, they didn't have the top soil accessible. The ground level pallet was empty. There were still hundreds of bags available, they just didn't have anyone available to lower the pallets. So again, I ended up wasting time but this time, I didn't even get what I needed.
Gist is, this place seems either under staffed or just poorly managed. Or both.

No customer service, and when there is it's hateful. If you need help here you are treated like an inconvenience to the standing around "service" people...Save your time and stress and just go to Home Depot. Would be 0 stars if possible

Absolutely terrible. First off ordered a washer and dryer and had them complaining over helping load it in the vehicle. Just no respect for people property, slinging stuff, not cool when you just dropped 1700 getting something brand new. Followed up by placing a same day delivery ordering straw for another project, never showed up, called asking about order status, after 30 mins of being transferred finally get to David, who is equally as clueless as his coworkers, and gets told well maybe hopefully it will show up or we can figure out something about it. Truly embarrassing customer service, and a truly distasteful experience when spending so much money to accomplish things just to be set back by the Lowe’s staff. Literally delayed a project by two days, and did not even care about then caused inconvenience. David just wanted to put the problem off to another day.
Follow up the next day, I reach back out, David still saying he doesn’t know what’s going on. Intro Dan, supposed higher supervisor; informed him of further complication, due to their incompetence. Had stuff in the job site get damaged due to the lack of delivery for straw, Dan tells me it’s not his problem and there is nothing they can do or will do about it. They’d get the straw when they could. I told them the job moved on as they said the stuff was “out for delivery” and then Dan asked why we did the job without all materials, that it was on our fault for starting the job before the materials arrived, and then bated me to contact an attorney if I had an issue with it.

Needed a new fridge, first time buying a new one in mby 15 years. Went to Lowes. Lowes says Sorry we only keep a few cheap models in stock. Then tried to sell a scratched up display for the same price as one brand new because they said it was available same day (because the display was replaced due to the scratches). I'm not paying the same price for a scratched fridge! Thats just trying to take advantage of someone. I went and bought a used fridge same day for half the price with a warranty. I only asked for 10% off the scratched up one, that's reasonable for anyone. No service anymore.

My wife and I were refused help by the pro desk. We needed help loading 35 sheets of plywood and 125 2x4x10. They said it was too large of an order and we should’ve place an order ahead of time. We were told we can wait either two hours or load it ourselves. I would understand if they were busy, but it was 5:30pm and there was no other customers there. The employees there gathered around to tell us how wrong we were for assuming they could help. My husband spends thousands of dollars at lowe’s and has never had an issue with this. We just walk in and walk out with what we need.

I just wanted to let this store know that I really don't appreciate your managers wasting my husband's time. He was scheduled for an interview today at 1PM, and he sat in the back for over 35 mins and no one ever came to interview him. I don't know what has happened to the stores on the Millertown Pike exit, but everyone just seems completely incompetent. How are you going to complain about being understaffed, and have job postings on Indeed, and then never interview the person when they show up? When someone is out of work, they don't really have extra money to be spending on gas to come out to your store to have their time wasted.

I ordered a Microwave and Dishwasher and paid for both items on the day i placed the order online.. we are now on week three of having none of the items we purchased and on top of it that they keep charging our debit card and then reversing the transaction and then keep running it again and again . We have called over and over again and they basically have no explanation as to why this happening. We are now canceling the order and now won't be ordering any of our items from lowes from here on out. This has been the worst experience that I have ever dealt with in any company.

After having a hard time trying to find a contractor to replace a single window in a rental house, I reluctantly went to Lowe’s to purchase and let them handle the install. The entire process started the first week of April with the initial consultation and paying for everything upfront.
Fast forward to September 23rd and $1,300 later (did I mention this is a single window?), I still don’t have my window installed. Multiple no show appointments for install, had to send back the window that finally showed up (because the measurements were wrong), and today I just learned my planned install this evening was cancelled because the window actually wasn’t in the store (even though I was told last week by the installer it had arrived). Lowe’s and their installers don’t seem to communicate very well, which isn’t surprising if you read other reviews in this service.
The whole thing has been a complete disaster and the service team couldn’t care any less. Asked for my money back and told me I would be charged a “restocking fee” since my window was “custom ordered”.
Will 100% never use them again for this type of service.

Terrible place the sign said that the floor piece was worth 5:69 the square foot but they insisted that the floor could only be sold by box
