Love Lowe's always helpful and friendly. Great prices on their big totes. Yellow w/ black lids, very durable. Could pack tools in these if you wanted. Hi-quality, reasonable price. Thank you!

My husband and myself have been working on a project and the staff has been really helpful. Especially David in tools! He has painstakingly helped cut a few pieces of plexiglass for us and been a wonderful tour guide to assist with all the bits and bobs needed for the project. We really appreciate him! Thanks, David! You're the best!

One of the WORST Lowe's properties in the state. (The Hendersonville, TN location is the WORST, by FAR!!!) Mismanagement, confusion, employees PUBLICLY arguing with each other, HYGIENE, and the store is literally filthy with debris, food wrappers, and even trash inside of those infamous "blue buckets" that are spread out all over the store. The "Department Pros" have no product or operational knowledge, the "manager" shows absolutely no interest in resolving issues of selling products that were literally "NEVER AVAILABLE at THAT LOCATION" to customers. Never again, LOWE's! NEVER! It's no wonder that HOME DEPOT is growing and expanding, while LOWE's properties continue to close, and LOWE's "again" suffered last quarter LOSSES within the market. This particular "LOWE's" (S. Knoxville, TN) should be re-branded, and named "LOWS"! It'd be more fitting and appropriated.

Used to go to other Lowe’s but moved to this side of town so frequently shop here. I never carry cash and occasionally don’t even carry a wallet because I work with water and frequently get wet. Why can this store not get registers that support tap to pay? This is like the only hardware place in town with this issue. I realize it’s my fault for not remembering to bring my wallet, but every other store has at least one set of registers with tap to pay. Nothing is worse than getting to the register and having to walk back to plumbing in the far corner of the store ??Otherwise the help is usually pretty good and the employees are nice

(Part 2/2. See 1st part of review due to length) He assures me he will call. He did not call. Knowing already what the outcome would be, I try my salesman via text on Tuesday, Oct 10th. He assures me he will get an answer. Absolutely no contact beyond that. Thursday afternoon, I try for Stephen again. The employee I spoke to informs me, he is actually on vacation. Oh, and it’s Friday— the salesman still hasn’t “gotten me an answer.” So, I have no door, about a thousand empty assurances, and $6600 in credit just on a card with nothing to show for it. This has been the most abysmal experience I have ever had in this line of retail. I wasn’t gonna write a single review or do anything— just let an accident with the misorder be an accident and let them remedy the issue. But, at this point— this is just too much. If I can give you one piece of advice, don’t ever, ever, EVER custom order a single thing for your house from these people unless you love being strung along and treated as inconsequential. At this point, we are bordering robbery. Thank God I didn’t pay in cash. Maybe I will have my door by Easter 2024.
