They have some nice stuff but the prices are high. Some stuff is very well used and almost same price as new. Defeats the purpose of buying used.

This place is a total joke. Overpriced junk they get from storage lockers. Don't support this at all. They wanted 5 bucks for cassette tapes ? 30 for an Ikea junk table. I don't even know how they call themselves a thrift store. Not what it was 3 years ago!

We told them we were on our way to pick something up and they relisted it for less immediately after and sold it 10 minutes before we arrived.

Some good deals but most items were way over priced. Some didn't have prices and she looked it up on line to see what she should charge. Knocked $5 off item that would sale new for $20( in package). Wooo. Found better deals else where. Would not go there again.

This is a good sized thrift store with a decent variety of items. They have sales that differ from time to time, which is nice but those sales are needed as some of the prices are laughable. For a thrift/resale store some of their stuff is way overpriced. However not everything is, as I found a really good deal on an item, and even better with the sale going on. So yes, many reviews are true both ways, a lot of overpriced items but also some good deals too (hence my middle of the road rating). The staff that was there when I went seemed fine to me, I have no complaints with that. I will likely be going back.

Over priced! Do not go here if you're needing things cheap. All used but priced higher than other thrift shop. They are a consignment store I guess. It looks cheap like a second hand store but they charge hundreds of dollars for grimy garbage. They have antiques but priced at full value. Clothes are sort of cheap but more than Goodwill. Toys are nasty and high priced. I have been here a few times and everytime I go I feel like people are being robbed. I have left all times without purchasing anything being absolutely shocked when I see the prices! Something old and dirty that would be twenty dollars highly overly priced and I look and find the price tag they are charging and it's upwards of 150. Like what in the world? If you're looking for a freak don't go here. If you're searching for trinkets of vintage and don't need quality but love to blow money this is your spot.

Used to be a great thrift store but they moved buildings and think everything they have is gold now. It's almost insulting when you check a price tag here. Greedy.

This place is run by evidently a New Yorker, who thinks that she can have prices just as high is up north, this is East Tennessee. Her prices are way too high won’t come back.

Very welcoming staff. Michael and Houston helped me out today and we’re very kind. Definitely can find some treasures hidden here!

Prices are ridiculously high and I found that they write the prices in black permanent marker directly on many of the items ruining them. ?

This is one of the worst, most over priced, and rude stores I have ever been to. We will not be returning.

This place is horrible. Everything is extremely overpriced. Apparently they Google everything before they price it. My husband was asking about some magazines and they said some teenage girl had to look them up before they could tell him a price. We looked around some more and asked about the magazines again and they brushed us off. We asked them if they work with charities or helped people and they said no. With their prices they came off as greedy and with the magazine ordeal they came off rude. I highly recommend you don't donate to these people

Lots of nice stuff but their prices are extremely unreasonable for a thrift and resale store. In some cases, the products they have are listed at a markup from what they would cost new. For instance, they were selling a candle from Walmart that retails for about $7 for $10.There were lots of nice couches and tables, but they were all between $150-$250 when you’d normally find something comparable for significantly less at Karm.Way overpriced. I won’t be going back.

I remember shopping at this store many years ago when it was located in the smaller space beside their current location. My wife and I used to spend hours browsing and bought several items at very reasonable prices. However, with a change in mgt also came an increase in prices. This is supposed to be a second hand store but the prices don't reflect second hand. The store is now much bigger and there is a lot of yard sale merchandise easily accessible but I have not bought anything in there for a long time. It's not the same store my wife and I enjoyed many years ago. The staff is not as friendly and you pay too price for used items.

They have a lot of furniture and until July 1st, 40% off. Worthwhile to look around.
