Used to be a good spot to get mens sportswear. At least up North it was so I assume it was here also. Now, there is no sport team apparel at all, and really doesn't offer me anything else of interest. Honestly, not sure how Marshalls is still in business as I walk through the store of random meh options and not really at a discount as before either.

Katherine or Catherine, one of their store managers is extremely rude. Not only was she rude to me and my sister she was rude to the young cashier who was on the register by HERSELF. They need to hire someone who is actually respectful to employees and customers.

I work there it’s a pretty chill place and yes there are some “rude” or “mean people there but i promise it’s not like they are like that everyday it’s just a bad day and we all just need a little push here and there. its a great place to shop fair prices and a cool and chill environment to be in.

They left a security tag on a sweater I bought. I talked to a manager on the phone who said she could take it off without the receipt (since it had already been in the trash for 24 hours and was saturated with cat piss, poop, and beer). She took down my name. When I showed up to get the tag removed they refused to take it off without the receipt (per another managers orders). So I had to drive 20 minutes home to dig through the previously mentioned poo and piss to bring them a receipt over something that wasn’t my fault.
Got a refund for the sweater. The clerk was very nice, but I’m very sorry she had to touch that receipt due to her managers’ lack of communication.

Matt G. "Coordinator" checked me out but was very rude, no customer service. I had 3 pairs of pants, all on clearance, one pair was not marked. I went to the back and got the same pants and would not offer the $3 difference for the clearance price. After doing his job by confirming they were the correct pants, holding up the line.

Marshalls is often the picture of continuity, same stuff different store. Maybe a busy day, but this store was pretty picked over. Not much there.
