We went looking for a firmer mattress and the Washington pike store was where we went. The Sales Expect Jacob was very knowledgeable and helped us find hopefully the fit we were looking for, good thing is if it's not for us we have 3 mths to try it and if it's not what we expected we can exchange it for a different one. Plus free delivery and set up! Thanks Jacob for making this a pleasureable and fast experience

My wife and I were extremely happy with our MattressFIRM experience. Chris took the time to explain our options and help us see the advantages of each option. He went far beyond the assistance that we had received at other businesses. After 2 weeks we returned to see about a trade (needed extra firm rather than firm). Chris, again, was very helpful and made us very comfortable with the swap. The price was excellent. I heartily recommend MattressFIRM and Chris.
