excellent experience and extremely knowledgeable staff. very low key and not pushy at all and answered all of our questions. would highly recommended them to anyone in the market for a mattress. *** Update on my delivery. Just found out that their basic delivery only includes bringing it into my garage. I would have to pay extra for it to be installed in my actual room. Unfortunately this was never explained to me at point of sale which is why I am changing my review. I do not see why after spending almost $3,000 on a brand new high end mattress I would have to pay for extra delivery and bring into my own bedroom. Very disappointing.

Great visit. Had read reviews about how helpful David was and he was the person who assisted us. I did not know it when I walked in but I was a customer of his many years ago at another business that he ran. Immediately felt comfortable in listening to his advice. Absolutely no pressure sales. Answered our questions about different products and took care us fast. A pleasure to work with and the store seemed to have a variety of choices available. Highly recommend.

Ben, our sleep expert at the parkside dr location in Knoxville, was excellent! Knowledgeable and patient as well understanding of what we needed. The sale was in no way pressure induced n we felt as if he was interested in helping us vs making a sale . He deserves a pat on the back for a job well done. His honesty pulled us away from other options on the table .
