My son and I recently visited the Hardin Valley McDonald's drive-thru for a quick bite. As usual, staff was friendly, the service was speedy, and the food satisfied. He enjoys the chicken sandwiches, and these were hot and fresh. Their drive-thru never disappoints!Their rewards program is a bonus—I often find myself stopping in the parking lot for a few minutes to order through the app and earn rewards points. In the way of fast food, consistency and reliability, this McDonalds is our go-to.Parking: The parking lot is not very large and the access from the road could be somewhat confusing for anyone who is not familiar with the area. Hardin Valley Road provides two separate entrances, one that is shared with the Shell Station and Wendy's and another which can only be accessed if you are heading out of Hardin Valley towards Pellissippi Parkway.Kid-friendliness: This location has a large play area for kids, I mean, it's McDonald's.

The person at front was like we dont carry that product when literally the screen says they have buffalo sauce no barbecue thats the number one. 2. No free refills whats so ever. 3 the drink was 8/10 filled. 4. The fries where halfway filled. 5. The letuce on burgers was old. The only reason i stop by was because ik someone who works here but they wherent in today the service was awful i willl never come here again.

Third time out of the last four in the drive thru for breakfast they have gotten my order wrong. They used to be good but no quality control now. I’m frustrated and will find another one to go to.

Several times a week I go through the drive-thru for breakfast. Today, 2/18/24, I pulled up to the order window to place my order. I was asked if I was using the app today, in which I replied I was. I gave my number, but was told it was not valid. I tapped my phone’s screen and another number came up. I gave it to the worker. He responded”it is too late to order breakfast items. It was 10:33 now. The lines were backed up quite a bit, but being uncaring, he said too late. I have ordered lunch items at 10:45 and was told it was too early to order lunch items. I probably won’t go back there!

The employees are very nice!!! the only problem I have with McDonald's is when they are connected to Casey's stores they can't sell their bagged ice (2for2) instead you have to buy Casey's ice that's over 4 dollars, to me that's ridiculous. Other than that it's a very nice and always clean store.

Over the weekend we ordered 2 Steak Egg & Cheese Biscuits, 1 Steak Egg & Cheese Bagel, pancakes, & 2 hashbrowns. Once returning home we unfortunately realized that the Steak Egg & Cheese Bagel had No Steak on it and the hashbrowns were missing. We called into the location and spoke with a manager who claimed to write down the mistake in the book and said we could come back at our convenience to get the Steak Egg & Cheese Bagel and 2 Hashbrowns.When trying to get the replacement food a couple days later at our convenience we were then told that it wasn't in the book and nothing would be done about it. At that point a formal complaint was filed with the corporation.I contacted the store and spoke with Jennifer the only manager that claimed to be working breakfast over the weekend. She said she did not take any phone call or write anything in the book. I explained that this service was unacceptable that there should be retraining or something done because a basic menu item should not be served without the meat (the steak). Also if a manager claims to write something in the book they should actually do so not repeat the mistake back to the customer twice as if doing so but actually do nothing. She proceeded to then become argumentative and say, "Do you want to come down here and work!" To that I replied I have worked in fastfood for over 8 years and the service they are providing at this location is completely unacceptable!After looking at the other reviews for this location the score is extremely low with many other unhappy customers leaving poor reviews and telling of their experiences. I decided to leave my experience here as well in hopes that there will be retraining put into place. I understand mistakes happen but leaving the Steak off of a Steak Egg & Cheese Bagel seems like an easy mistake to not make. Also having argumentative management who are not properly performing their job is a huge problem.
