It had been added on by the Dr. And for some reason it was not included ( although it could be the Dr's off too)...Anyway, I went back today and I have to say the staff was wonderful and I believe the staff at the office did everything possible to remedy the situation. The staff is the best and I feel very comfortable going there.”

“Friday morning appt for routine blood work. I was in and out in 10 minutes. Katie drew my blood and she was incredibly skilled and professional. I usually get lightheaded but I didn’t feel a thing and it was over quickly.
Knocking a star because the automated scheduling process was awful. The phone robot made me spell my very basic name multiple times and still got it wrong (my appt was booked under “unknown”) and it took so long for it to collect all my information. It also never sent me the text confirmation it said it would. Talking to a human would have been much easier, faster and pleasant. Same goes for the check in process, would much prefer to check-in with a human than go through multiple iPad screens.”
