Sometimes I wonder if the employees just need a commission. I've had insurance on both lines for my phone service, but anytime I've had to upgrade they say they can't "honor" my upgrade (I've gotten 2, neither honored), and had to pay $160 each time for a replacement phone because they're conveniently "out" of the same phone I need. I think I'll call corporate and see what THEY think.

Sign on the door said "out to lunch, be back in an hour." From 1:40 to 3:30. Went to Cumberland estates instead of waiting and got incredible service..

Metro has incredibly bad service around Knoxville, I broke my phone and couldn’t get a replacement since I originally set my phone up as a nickname instead of a real name. They were zero help to me trying to get the situation fixed, ended up having to go across the street and start a boost mobile account at full price. I really advise everyone to avoid metro for service quality alone, so far boost moble as had much better service for me around Knoxville.

When u call to see about something they say they have a customer and cant deal with your call right now they should be able to help u if u call not say we cant deal with your call right now

Western Ave location by 640 Interstate has the BEST customer service so far for MetroPCS. Different employees when I checked in twice about setting up new service and phones. Very intelligent and well informed about all aspects of service. Friendly and Scott, Albert, Nathan & especially Eric went above and beyond to get me the answers that I needed to make a well informed decision on switching carriers.
