Sarah's was really cool – super knowledgeable and always ready to help out. Overall, the service has been good, just a few minor glitches. Hoping Sarah or another rep can help fix those. Big shout out to Sarah for being patient and handling everything smoothly while switching my plan and assisting others at the shop.

No stars!!! Where do these places that have to deal with people customer service find their employees???? Not phone friendly people I talked to a girl who seemed to be alright but just as enthused as the man was to make a sell... But anywho i asked them called at 5:30 from the Clinton store I was coming from to get the iPhone 12 because they were the only ones today that had them in stock and that were open still. I called before driving all the way out there telling them what my GPS said that I was going to be arriving right at 6:00 would they hate on me too bad if I showed up at 6:00 I am a single mom of five kids that works 7 days a week I had all my information to transfer my lines so it's not like I have too many days and hours to choose from that I'm free and open to got here right at 6:00 like I told them three different times that I called actually within that 20 minutes and talk to people and they told me as long as I arrive by 6:00 and I arrive by 6:00 and they still would not see me they locked the doors pretty much in my face these people are liars!!!! !!!!!‼️‼️‼️‼️

No stars!! SCAMMERS! Hayley charged me $45 more then what my bill is showing me. Tf?!Don’t do business here go to Clinton Hwy instead. They’re not scammers.

William was a great service representative. He took his time and explained things to us and gave us helpful tips plus told us how we could save money on our bill. We were lucky to have a knowable young man who was very polite and showed us respect.

I have been a customer for more than 10 years. I bought a tablet a year-and-a-half ago which got broken by my grandson. I went in to buy a new tablet they told me the price was $139 when I told them they were replacing the old tablet they told me that this tablet will now cost me $249. Looks like Cricket is getting a new customer. And Don the customer service person at Metro by T-Mobile should be looking for a new job as well

No stars Cedar Bluff of Knoxville store was terrible. Lauren was rude and un knowledgeable. Sarah the Manger was just as loss and allowed Lauren to perform unprofessional customer service. WANTED to give Zero stars.
