I had financing through my bank. I felt like they were pressuring me to do financing through them. I’ve financed a vehicle from a different dealership and it didn’t seem to be such a hassle. I gave them the check, signed papers, they gave me the car. Simple as that. The guy we worked with asked a million questions, even my social? Was asking questions about Registration and insurance. Like what does that have to with the dealership. This should all be things completed through my bank because I was financed by them. I should be able to bring the check, sign the papers, and get my car. Everything else doesn’t seem relevant towards the dealership. Also there was an issue with the car I was purchasing and was told I could have my own mechanic take a look at it. After I provided the check they refused to let my mechanic take a look. I will never get another car from this dealership.

Lexy Ertter was our sales advisor and she did a fantastic job! My husband was searching for a particular car and model with specs and she found him a perfect match. The whole process was made easy through her efforts. Would highly recommend!!

Angelo was easy to work with over the phone and text. I live over an hour away and he was happy to check things out for me like rust, car smell, etc. I was not disappointed. I drove up after we negotiated ahead of time and it was seamless and quick to get into my new used car. The detail job was awesome, and Todd the finance guy is straightforward and easy.

First service request on new mini... slow leak rear tire. Picked up car ran full inspection, emailed video of it, couldn't find anything but cleaned rims and stems to catch anything causing leak. Washed, refueled and changed oil! Even my friend who who used to tear down engines and build them back up said, "They did a great job!" As for me I was completely thrilled, totally satisfied, feeling confident my car was well taken care of and safe to drive. So I thought...! By the way It was still under warranty so it didn't cost me anything. However, gave it 3 rating because in test driving caution lights came on with warnings in regard to tire pressure which were grossly over inflated. With my own eyes service person showed me verifying with two gauges pressure which should have been 31 was 41! After everything done caution lights came off and monitor read normal 31. Don't know yet if slow leak was fixed too early to tell. Meanwhile contacted dealership who indicated tires were checked that morning and read normal!? To be continued...

This was my first out of state purchase, but my second truck I bought on line site unseen. Everyone at the dealership was very friendly, enjoyable, pleasant, professional and the atmosphere was fantastic. I had my own financing so the transaction went very smoothly & quickly I had a 3.5 hour drive back to Atlanta. Thank you for making my buying experience at your dealership marvelous. Also thanks for the T-shirt

I wish I could post "no stars" because I have a serious problem when a corporation like Mini Cooper/BMW of Knoxville and any other mini cooper service business. After 5 years our battery died. Jumped the mini and went to O'Rileys Auto Store nearby where they verified that it was the battery and not the alternator or starter! They are awesome at diagnosing problems at NC to the customer and give a military discount! Back to my Mini Cooper which has a strange battery with only a positive(+) terminal that has access. You must pretty much disassemble the engine cover and quite a few nuts and bolts just to get to it...BMW/MINI will charge you approx for a new battery for $225 & the $300 in Labor fee + $75.00 recalibration charge! So about $600 (+-). Now take any other vehicle you buy a battery but you don't have to be a rocket scientist or get robbed at the dealership because apparently I need to help pay for someone's child to go through school or something! It's just a ridiculous way to charge the customers every few years by making up stupid fees that you just don't know when you by the damn car. Purchasing the Mini was the biggest mistake I've made and for this kind of rip off at the service station to charge a bunch of money - I will not by any other foreign car. There are so many downsides that out number the good sides of owning one. The car just isn't that great of a car either! We are paying because BMW sells them and why not charge just to cross the threshold of the service department? Do yourself a favor and just bypass the MINI Cooper all together and the fact that BMW/MINI does this to their customer base is disappointing. I know of no other vehicle that I have owned since I was 16 ever had to be recalibrated by a machine that only BMW/MINI charges for changing out the battery?! I can't wait to sell this piece of shit!

Wife and I bought his and her minis. They work with you and make you feel comfortable. I recommend them if looking for a used or new vehicle. Just left the dealer, had a minor service work done. Outstanding service! Time for the service was spot on and Kevin answered all our questions. Thank again.

Great experience! The salesman & associates made my Internet purchase flawless. Although my new used car purchase was sight unseen. The salesman took a detailed live video and then sent it to me, which helped seal the deal. The dealership then gave me a fair trade-in value for my vehicle. When all was said and done, my vehicle was then delivered directly to my front door. Kudos to all those that made my experience top notch...

If I could give a 0 rating I would - I am a Mini fan I've had five Minis, but this dealership is the worst I've ever dealt with - they simply do not care about the consumer and absolutely will not help you at all. I bought a brand new Mini and paid $1500 for extended warranty However within the first year the 'Money Pit' had cost me over $1200 in tires, $800 for a new steering wheel and every service was on average $1000. Bad gas cost me an additional $2000 plus (not Minis fault but they offered no assistance or support and I ended up without a vehicle for 8 days and had to pay a ridiculous amount to get the car back). More damage was done on towing the vehicle back to me after the initial gas damage and Kevin told me the tow company was responsible and Dan told me they were not ...... so the only one that suffers is the consumer !! Even the staff at the dealership can't agree. It's almost laughable if it wasn't so freaking serious. The Mini cost on pretty much everything is double or triple what a normal garage would cost. It's my personal experience but I had a hard time getting anyone to assist and help in any of my concerns. The lady who used to work there at the service desk summed it up 'we don't give a s**t about the consumer once they've bought a vehicle' and unfortunately that's true. Dan the Manager has told me to take my business to a different dealership which I'm delighted to do - I traded that vehicle in the very next day !! I'm done with Minis and done with MINI in Knoxville - there's a way to treat customers and they sure do not know how to do that - In my personal experience of course I will be staying away.Mini is an iconic - fun - sexy little vehicle but all love storiescome to and end and mine has ended !!!!!

My wife and came in on Tuesday to look for her a new car. We got there around 6. Jamison was the salesman that helped us. And I have to say it was hands down the best experience buying a car we have ever had. He understood our needs and was very knowledgeable about the car we were looking for. Even though it was not a mini. We were not rushed at all even though by the time we were finished it was just my wife and I, Jamison and Todd the finance guy. And Todd was amazing as well. He was so helpful and really worked hard to get us where we needed to be. All in all when I’m in the market for a new truck for myself Mini of Knoxville will be my first stop. Thanks for everything.Adam Walters

Andy Basler was absolutely the best.He worked so hard to get us the best deal on the truck we wanted.Everyone there was extremely professional and not the typical car salesman pushy. One of the absolute best car buying experiences we've ever had.I hate car buying. They made it easy and efficient. No pressure, no hassle. Gave us their offer, we gave them ours. We actually walked out on good terms without buying on the first visit. They called the next day with a meet in the middle offer. We took it simply because it was a good deal and they weren't pushy jerks. Thanks to everyone there for the great experience.Highly highly recommend Andy and the entire Mini of Knoxville crew!

I bought a brown 2019 Cayenne from Dave. Probably the nicest and most honest sales rep I have ever dealt with. I bought it sight onseen (from NJ) and he video called me and described the vehicle perfectly. What I liked most about Dave is that he was also nice AFTER the sale! When it arrived, it arrived even nicer than expected. Not 1 single dent or scratch. Interior was perfect too. There was 1 speaker not working and Dave and management honestly did not know, but promised me to fix the issue. He gave me instructions to get a quote and I did. After that he went to his manager and he helped me to get the quote payed. I am looking for a sport car for myself now and I will probably buy from again Dave. He promised me to look for one.

My recent service experience was nice. I wasn’t too happy about the surprise issues needing my attention, but Motor Service Advisor Kevin is always so insightful and polite. His demeanor during a tough conversation is always professional. He cares as much about my MINI as I do. The dealership overall could use more service loaners. With the standard wait time of 1.5 hrs at a minimum, motorists need to report to work while the cars in the shop. Kevin, you keep up the great work!
