This staff is wonderful, kind and caring! Julia, Ashley, and Miranda are professionals. They take time to listen to you and do all they can to diagnose you and prescribe the meds you need. I highly recommend this team.

My fiancé and I went to several places seeking assistance with COVID before coming here. They were kind, reassuring and helpful. I saw Ashley Crooke and she was perfectly polite, professional and easy to talk to.

Do not see Mary Jo the NP so horrible and unprofessional. I mean the way she treated my kids and was on her personal phone was horrible

Long waits, and staff unhelpful. Said they couldn’t find me in the system and tried to create new appointment multiple times to have TB test read and staff failed to help with malfunctioning computer and was not reassuring. Another patient in waiting room here for same chief complaint had waited for over 1 hour also. Waiting room was otherwise empty so no excuse for delays.

Great experience by first the RN Skip and then Nurse Practitioner Miranda Allen. They were thorough, kind, gave us plenty of time, and got us some meds to address the problem. Outstanding.

Have you tried to call about anything not related to covid? Good luck!! No matter how many times I specifically say no to covid every option goes back to a covid menu. Every option!! Want to talk to a clinic help desk? Ha!! Good luck!! They don't exist. Ask for an operator? Nope!! Sorry for your trouble, try calling the help desk..... And it starts all over.Do real people actually still work who can answer a call? I doubt it!!

My daughter went here and saw Ashley Crooke APN. She was very rude. Did not introduce herself upon entering the room. Did not listen to her symptoms. Did not do an assessment. Just looked at her arms gave her diagnosis. And when my daughter asked her if there was any other option she shook her head rolled her eyes started to shake her leg and stated if she doesn't like it she can go to a dermatologist.

I went to this clinic with a simple request: remove the splinter from the arch/heel of my foot so that the infection and pain will go away. What I received was a complete hassle delivered in a very unprofessional manner. Also, the splinter and infection are still in my foot after a long day of work. Uncaring of the fact that I had just drank a large cup of very potent coffee about 20 minutes before the visit, the "care provider" refused to offer the simple treatment and instead chose to focus on my elevated blood pressure. At one point I was asked a question and before I had related ANY relevant information I was told "stop talking". This unprofessional professional proceeded to escalate the negative encounter with comments like "do you know how guilty I would feel if you walked out if here and stroked out?", to the point that I felt it was necessary to leave without treatment. LATED, After four frustrating jaunts through the company's automated answering system, I finally was able to navigate to a call center representative (who was thankfully nice and helpful), but I have the feeling that I will be waiting a while for any response to my complaint. If you are thinking of visiting this MinuteClinic and are reading this, I highly recommend that you take the time find a different care provider even for the simplest of visits.

Had an appointment, got there early, signed in, waited, we were next and she skipped right over us to someone else. Not very happy about that

Went in at 6pm could barely breath, horrible cough so bad felt like my head was coming off. No energy whatsoever. Diagnosis of pneumonia. Got antibiotics and the normal stay down rest. Asked for Drs not for work, said she could only right it for 72 hrs. I said ok so that puts me back at work Sunday. No she says. It puts you back Saturday. Ummm no it doesn't. She continues to argue, evidently math is not a requirement to work there.
