I was getting my prescriptions from CVS for years and always felt like just another number. At Mugfords, the employees take care and time in their work to ensure you have all the information you need about your medication. Any time I get a new medication, the pharmacist speaks to me about how to safely take the medication, potential drug interactions, and shares potential side effects. While this pharmacy may not be as fast as a big chain store, it’s because they truly spend thoughtful, quality time ensuring their customers are knowledgeable of their medications.

Best decision I ever made was to switch to Mugford Pharmacy. Excellent staff, caring and efficient and it's so nice to do business on a personal level. Highly recommend them, you'll be glad.

Best pharmacy ever !!! Cindy and Jim and Nelson are absolutely amazing .. They definitely treat you like family and go out of there way to help you get your medicine when troubles arise and also help you get the lowest possible price on your medicine

Mugford Pharmacy has to be the BEST pharmacy in Knoxville. They are a family pharmacy. Their father Mr.Mugford stated it all.He has raised some of the most nicest & respectful people I've met in along time.I will stay at Mugford Pharmacy as long as they are around. They know my family & I by name.They truly care more about the people of Knoxville than making a profit. Good people like Cindy & Jim are hard to come by. Nelson is a very nice guy also.He is full of knowledge and always so friendly.Thx Mugfords for all you all do ?❤?

I absolutely love this i have been coming here for years !If you ever have any issues with your medicine cindy always calls your DR office for you and she stays on top of everyone's prescription which is nice because sometimes we forget certain refills . And jim is amazing always working hard to fill your meds and to ring you up or to bring your meds to your car . And nelson the pharmacist is giving out the covid vaccines ...YAY!!!!! Plus he made mugfords awesome personal website of mugfords pharmacy . look great guys . I love you guys

Mugford offered great, personal service when I got my COVID test. Nelson was very helpful over the phone, went above and beyond to find answers to my questions, and was very friendly in person when administering the test. I was also very pleased with Mugford's ability to schedule me for a test with short notice.
