pro lab rats avoid this place it’s long waits to screen low pay terrible public transportation there’s often disgruntled staff that bruise arms drawing blood and if they don’t like you they know ways to disqualify you such as causing ruckus’s to raise blood pressure or making you slouch on the height to raise bmi it’s small crowded, but not all bad. The Wi-Fi’s great there’s private bathrooms. Tiny cafeteria ok food. Some staff were very nice.. There’s more unpleasant places to do study’s but they pay better so this one’s considered a hole in the wall by most pros used to bigger clinics and pay. Mostly local participants go there. And As much as I love the mountain area I’m repeatedly reminded there’s a ton of hateful people around there for some reason. It’s a shame too cause the land is so beautiful I’d otherwise really love it.

The unethical treatment of study participants who are taking time off work to support the advancement of medical science is disturbing. The pay is essential to people being able to participate in those circumstances where they're taking time off work and are relying on the supplemental income from the study in order to financially afford to participate yet the sponser can actually refuse to pay participants. Should be illegal if it isn't already. They'll be a reckoning for all the abusive behaviour someday. God don't allow this sort of evil to slide under the radar forever. My end of study payment or lab sample payments have yet to be received weeks after the end of study concluded & payment for that was due. They say this is due to an internal issue with a lab sample where a package was listed as being there but was lost. I've called multiple times. I sense they deal with many homeless whom are underserved, easy to abuse/run over & possibly who are undiagnosed with mental health medical conditions. The company actually has policies which threaten payment based on things like behaviour. There's no direct deposit option to receive payments for "equity" reasons. Everything is on a prepaid card with tons of fees to use. The study nurses bait people. They will be rude, unhospitable and cruel. It's like being incarcerated. You feel like these people are treating you in a very undignified way as if you're guilty of some sort of wrong doing. They can actually room mate you during your stay. They refuse reasonable comforts. They'll actually ask to hold your driver's license in exchange for a TV remote. Lol. I remember study nurses threatening my pay on day 1 because I didn't ingest my study medicine quickly enough that was mixed as a large drink. I wasn't informed that there was a time limit before I began ingesting my poorly mixed study drink. The nurse just got up suddenly and left the room. I heard her informing other staff that I'm consuming the drink too slowly. I had been joking with her moments earlier that the drink was like something off the show fear factor. But I was consuming it. Taking the study seriously. I just like to lighten the mood. It's my way of dealing with the stress of life. I didn't realize I was supposedly doing anything wrong. I wasn't informed that I was being timed. That's when I started being confronted & stuff by the staff. I was shocked. The environment was hostile. The bullying severe. I actually turned the video record on my phone at one point because I was frightened of the study nurses who were verbally attacking & confronting me because I had asked more than one of them for a cup of coffee. My nurse just suddenly decided she was gonna revoke my coffee priviledge after giving it to me for my first days there. Had such an awful caffeine headache for my last days there. I only asked multiple nurses because I knew they were allowed to give me my daily coffee so I was trying to find a nice one who was willing to make me a cup. Lol. I tried to tell the doctor but he non chalantly said that the nursing staff likes to do that to reduce the caffeine intake after the patient's first few days there. Yet the study nurses didn't say that. It was communicated as more of a hospitality thing. Poor communication for a medical facility. Nobody really makes you feel safe like you can trust them to do the right thing. I actually had a shower curtain and metal line it was hanging from snap out of the wall & fall on top of me while I was sleeping during my stay. I just don't think there's any way this company can possibly be producing legitimate results on the pamplets of these medications that they are studying when the hostile environment biases the possible symptoms so badly. I can see how participants could easily become frightened to communicate with the staff. They constantly punish or threaten. Nobody's there to make sure your safe. I'm not even sure what else I ca

The Hospital is not bad, but the study place is rude, terrible food & hospitality & accommodation is two thumbs down I almost felt like I was incarcerated at this place that how bad it is I would give it a negative zero if possible.
