Great storage facility. Sure, it may cost a bit more, but the facility is worth it. Numerous carts provided, spacious elevators, loading dock was perfect for any truck to have level loading & unloading, inside temp controlled units for family storage / pictures. Perfect facility to stay dry on rainy moving days…from truck to storage unit. They thought through the details and it made the process quick & manageable…worth every penny!!

What a great storage facility! Friendly and quickly got me set for my storage unit,!! My favorite thing about it is all enclosed safe environment! As I’m moving will be going there frequently. Safe environment and caddy’s to carry things directly from car to elevator to my Unit is THE. BEST

Highly recommended! Northshore Pellissippi was the only storage facility I could find with truck-height loading docks, which are really important when you’re moving heavy stuff. If you’re concerned about climate control, it always felt comfortable. The facility is secure, well lit, and elevators always worked. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
