Had a horrible experience here. My grandmother (who does not speak English very well) and I went to this store to make an exchange. We went to check out and the cashier had no customer service whatsoever. There was a BOGO deal and my grandmother was confused on exactly how it worked (the cheaper shoe gets half of price). The cashier started getting an attitude with us and had no patience.After we checked out, she proceeded to go the shoe aisle and started talking about us. I could literally hear what she was saying. If you’re going to start talking about customers, at least have the decency to lower your voice or go to the back of the store. This cashier needs to learn how to treat customers or needs to be fired.

No place in sight to sit and try on shoes and since their displays are made of cardboard, you can't even lean against those while you put on shoes unless you want a fun collapse situation. ;-) Kid clearance highly disorganized/mislabeled and the staff was not helpful or friendly, unfortunately. Fair pricing. Many BOGO 50% deals. Most shoes I was interested in were not included in the deals. I will continue to make the trek to Turkey Creek for DSW and Shoe Carnival.

Buy one get one 50% off but they excluded the most popular shoe brand they carry i.e. Nike? What a joke. I could understand if they were selling AF1 or Air Jordan, but they are selling the most basic lines Nike has. But god forbid they include those in a store wide sale.

Shannon was very unfriendly and her customer service was 1/10. Will definitely not shop at this location anymore! Thanks to Heather for helping me out and apologizing for her workers action. Shannon doesn’t need to be in the retail world of business for sure.

Walked the entire store without being greeted or asked if I needed help by the associates. They were all seemingly on their lunch eating dunkin donuts at the registers. As someone who works in retail it is completely unacceptable to be chitchatting together and eating out in the open while countless customers have yet to even be greeted. All displays are made of cardboard and not actual shelving which is trashy. The Turkey Creek location is far superior and I am frankly surprised this one is still in business. Do yourself a favor and drive to Turkey Creek instead.

The staff was friendly and ready to help without "bugging" you as you shopped. They had a bogo free sale on certain shoes and I was able to get 2 pairs of $80 shoes for only $80!!! They also had a bogo 50% sale on all their shoes which is a really great deal as well.
