This store has the nicest people working there! I lost my phone in the store last month and they called me because they found it! I was so relieved and incredibly grateful to the wonderfully kind team there. AND we picked up some adorable tshirts to boot!!

I'm tired of these stores luring everyone in with online inventory, only to show up at the store and be told..."Sorry, we don't carry that in-store". Then why in the world does it say you do online? You're just baiting people to come into the store. One star, don't waste your time checking anything online. It's not even remotely accurate. They have entire lines of skinny this, or husky that advertised, yet they don't carry any of it actually in the store. Find a different retailer that is honest about inventory.

I was at old navy in west knoxville today and I went into the dressing room, leaving my sin with friends. He realized I was missing and started crying and screaming, me(in the dressing room) overhears the employees talking about wanting to mock him and making fun of him screaming and crying, and saying he was a disgrace, and everything....the girl just kept going on and on to the other employee. My friend comes in to tell me he's crying and I finally come out and looked at her straight in the eyes and grabbed him in front of her(making it known I heard her without saying it). I was so mad!!NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN.

Dawn is extremely rude. I have had her as a cashier at least 3 times and every time I leave wondering if I did something wrong to incite her snappiness. As a former receptionist, I’m not sure how Old Navy can employ such a disrespectful, mean person in a customer forward role. At this point it makes me not want to return in the future if that says anything.Come on, Old Navy. The bar is on the floor.

Used to buy a lot of my clothing from Gap and Old Navy...from the clearance items mostly though. Guess I'm now past my prime, I am however still wearing items I bought there 30+ years ago...a belt for instance, have it in right now! I still be stylin, even past my prime!!

(From my wife's experience) "Being tall, I tend to be difficult to fit. I was helped by a young woman there who felt like she wanted me to look good as much or more than I did! She found several options for me and I walked out happier than I went in."

Brought in a return from online and was treated very rudely by an older lady with an accent. I wont be back to this store. Im giving 2 stars because I was helped by another associate who seemed to know that the first lady was hard to deal with.

I went there looking to find jeans for work and instead found some sleep pants that were on clearance. The price was right but I was charged twice for taxes. Also the woman running the cash register, was very rude to me. All the clearance clothes were on wrong sized hangers and not organized very well but I guess that's how they do it there

Dawn was extremely rude to my wife and I. We went in to buy my wife some jeans. They had advertisements of buy one get 50% off on all the jean racks. She rung us up and it was full price. We said something to her about it and she was exacerbated and seemed very annoyed that we asked. She then told us to come back to the register once we made up our minds. We found another worker and he was an absolute pleasure to work with. We didn’t catch his name. He better explained to us the details of the BOGO sale which she did not do. We came back to the register and she was annoyed that we spoke to another worker. She wasn’t speaking to him in a very professional manner either. I’m not one to write reviews at all, but Dawn should not be in a customer facing role…
