I love working out at OrangeTheory and highly recommend this gym. They combine cardio and strength training in just about every workout, so it’s perfect for those looking to gain muscle, lose weight, or meet endurance goals.It’s group fitness, but no judgment and the coaches give a lot of variation to exercises to make them doable for any fitness level, including prego women. The entire atmosphere is very encouraging and uplifting. I started at 1x weekly but have since upgraded to the unlimited plan.I also love that my membership allows me to visit any orange theory location for no s as additional cost! When I go home there’s two locations near my parents house in IL that I’ve visited, and I’ve seen more locations popping up everywhere.Highly recommend if you want a high intensity group fitness class

Visiting from FL I really enjoyed this Orange Theory location. I signed up for a few classes on vacation and couldn’t say enough good things. Krystal was the best coach I’ve had so far at OT. You can definitely tell she has a passion for fitness & does a great job during her classes pushing you thru each of the workouts. Anytime in Knoxville be sure to try this location & one of her classes out!Thank you- Josh ?? ??

I’ve been going to Orangetheory in Bearden since 2019. The new location next to Fresh Market is amazing and the team is truly the best! Everyone (coaches & SA’s alike) are so kind and genuinely care about you. I’m legit always so impressed that somehow they know my name out of the tons of members they have when I come in and tell them which station I’d like to start on! The workouts are great and so is the music the coaches play. They always give modifications and will give you customized modifications if you need them. Added bonus is that a lot of members have been going long term so you’ll meet and see lots of friendly faces when you go to class, especially if you do the same time frequently. Overall, when you go to class it feels like a fun workout family :) I would recommend them to anyone!

I never ran in my life when I started going to orange theory a year ago but now I’m able to run thru the whole class. The workouts are great. The coaches are even better and so motivating especially when it’s towards the end of the class.

I will be 69 years old this month. In my workouts there are not only a lot of college age people, but also a man who is 87. Adults of all ages can do these workouts, and I enjoy being around such positive people.

My new OTF location seems smaller; yet all the equipment is in near-new condition & then the interior and exterior appear to be in excellent shape. Very courteous and engaging staff, talented coaches. The most important fact: thanks to the cross training programs, this is an amazingly effective workout. You can constantly monitor your workout & see your progress after every workout. Love these workouts!

I had a lot of doubts because I am a hardcore Peloton user but after trying Orange Theory I am hooked! I still love my Pelo but I’ll definitely change it up to incorporate Orange Theory too. Loved everything about my workout at OTF!
