OT is something I did in the past briefly. And then I had shoulder surgery and stopped working out for many years. Since then I’ve been diagnosed with diabetes, so I started To work out again. I started. off with yoga to help stretch my muscles that haven’t been used in years and try to gain some muscle back throughout my body. Then I needed more, so I went to OT. Everyone is very kind and understands that everyone’s fitness journey is different. They’re all very friendly and they push you to do better, but if you can’t, they also understand and say no more. They are your biggest cheerleaders throughout the entire Process. I love it there!

Great Staff and incredible Coaches. It is incredible place to work out with running legends and former Olympians. If you are looking to increase your abilities, both mentally and physically, this is a perfect place to be challenged to be your best.

I really enjoyed my time at this studio. The front desk gal is very friendly and great to deal with. The studio is clean and I never have any trouble booking a class. No nasty/explicit playlists and great coaches.When I'm back in the Knoxville area I'll look forward to coming to this location again!

A good combination of strength, and cardio workout, great coaches. They offer a free intro class, you should not hesitate to give it a try. I combine OTF with other gym workouts, but if you only do OTF 3-4 times a week, and you put in the effort in other areas as well (food, sleep, rest - all very important), whatever your goal is, you will 100% achieve it with this program.

I have been a member for over 5 years and would recommend Orange Theory Fitness to anyone who is looking for an exercise program. I have tried several exercise programs and gyms and this is the only one I have stuck with for any time. This is definitely my weekly therapy for mind and body. The staff is knowledgeable and very supportive. The studio is very clean and equipment very well maintained. I am much stronger , have more stamina and endurance than I had in my 40’s and I am almost 66 years old.

Awesome coaches! These classes are great for all fitness levels! Tackling both cardio and weight training in a 1 hour class, at your own pace, makes for a perfect workout. It’s all you need!

I have been an OTF member for almost 2 years. We just moved to Knoxville, and I was a little nervous about trying out a new studio, but OTF Farragut is awesome!! They were so welcoming, and the coaches are great! So happy to have another great studio to attend!

OTF is truly one of the best places EVER! I love the atmosphere. The front staff are always so see sweet and welcoming. The instructors are so personable and make the classes enjoyable. This place is the only place that motivates me to work out and keep going!

I don’t have to think about what I should be doing. There is methodology that has already been applied to create the perfect workout. I am an overweight and just starting to get back into exercise. I have never felt judged but encouraged to keep coming back.
