I just stopped by to have my battery replaced. I don't carry tools with me anymore. The employee who did the work was named Pery I think. Great guy was friendly and took care of it. It was a little embarrassing as I'm a 46 year old man, who has always done little repairs like batteries. Thanks!

Best Auto parts store. Needed oil for my SRT Cherokee that nobody caries and went there and was able to order it and have it in the next morning which helped me out a ton. Great customer service and everything in between.

I bought a PCV valve at Autozone, and they charged me $30 for it. They sold me the wrong part as the threads were different, and when I took it back for a refund, they accused me of messing up the threads! So I took my refund and headed to O'Reilly. I should have shopped here first! They sold me a PCV valve for $15 (half what AutoZone charged me), and it worked perfectly.I recommend starting at O'Reilly. No hassle. Half price. Can't beat that!

The staff struggle with car knowledge. They appear to be untrained on parts and mechanical workings for vehicles. Don’t go in this place and expect anything remotely close to good customer service. Half the time the employees don’t even wear their uniform. They always have a bad attitude when I go in there.Apparently they have a 48 hour tool rental policy at this store. No other parts store, including any other Oriellys, that I’ve been to has never stated that you can’t return the tool past 48 hours. So, I had to return the loaner tools to a different Oriellys to get my money back after having the tools for a week. What a joke.Do yourself a favor and go to the Oriellys on Western Ave if you want to get the right part and for you to have faith that you got the best deal. I wouldn’t be surprised if this place goes out of business.

Wasn’t greeted, waited in line while the workers chatted. Admittedly bought the wrong wipers, took them back and they sold me twice as expensive replacements that still didn’t work. Went to auto zone and got the same brand cheaper and correct

I’m uncomfortable going there because the workers appear toxic. Always an attitude about the least thing. I suspect that it’s top down. I’ll shop local merchants or do internet delivery from now on.

Very young kids work here. Not knowledgeable enough to help me. Very frustrating. Had to go elsewhere.

We needed a replacement break light for our pull behind utility trailer. They were very friendly and helpful and had the correct part in stock. Excellent service!

I bought coils for my truck from them with a lifetime warranty went yesterday to have them replaced and Jon the manager told me my warranty was no good so I would not use this place for any parts ever again

Ever since they changed the employees behind the counter it's like no one there knows what I'm talking about or how to look up a part properly or give me the correct information also I have always been called when I special order part comes in that way I know when to come in and pay for it and pick it up this is the second time I have bought a special order part that has been sent back because no one called me like showed up. Sadly this is the closest O'Reilly's to my house.

The employees do not do what it states on the window. They give you a lame excuse why they can't install auto wipers

Tech would not replace a battery when mine died because it was too cold out for her. I went to Firestone.
