Destroyed my mirror in the drive thru because of these stupid concrete poles. Absolutely infuriating. Tried the first ATM and it couldn’t get my deposit amount correct, it was shorting me a $20. I pulled around and one atm was down, leaving only one choice. Great job on a stupid thing that nobody needs.

Horrible customer service all the way around. Purchased a vehicle and obtained the loan through ORNL. Attempted to use the banking app, and have since been locked out of my entire account for 2 months. After attempting to contact the customer care line during different times of day/evening/mornings, I've been on hold for at LEAST 30 minutes each time without ever speaking to a representative. The autmoatic hold voice says that my call is important to them, but clearly it is not. Horrible system ran so poorly, I have intention on finding another bank to transfer my loan to.

We had a great experience with Mattie at the Fountain City location! We had to get our new debit card and it was the end of the day, but she was a Rockstar! She was all smiles and very gracious!

Why does your wait time say 5 minutes but I've been on hold for 20 minutes and no one has answered the phone. I don't think it's that busy.

I'm not sure what makes this location so special as you not allow people in at will. However you have a security guard that refuse to make any customer aware of the " special" rules here. Why is he even here it looks and feels like he like to intimidate and confuse people. Grateful I have other options..last trip to this location if at all possible.

Lady said on the phone “you can come to the branch and ask” and hung up knowing I was out of state. The question I asked was will this check bounce? I waited 35 minutes attempting to speak to someone and she hung up in under 30 seconds.

Don't ever go in and try to get services done at this branch.not really sure what good having a notary is when he is not able to notarize document. i have been a customer for many years and have never asked for any other services, then the one time i am in a time crunch and even chat online and ask before hand if the branch has a notary, I passed off. Very back customer service

ORNL is a terrible bank, I recommend everyone change banks immediately. The first of the year I'm out. Thanks ORNL for 6 years waisted. Where is the 0 star for this bank. Take my advice GET GONE!!!!
