Went to open a checking and savings account. Braxton was extremely friendly, quick, and helpful. Was in and out in less than an hour, and everything went smoothly. Plus, the popcorn is great!

If there was a 10 star option it would be selected. I used to live near this branch and have always had pleasant experience. After a negative experience at another branch (closer to my home) I decided to come back to discuss a fee that was placed in my account due to the other branch's error with closing my account. Braxton has helped me at this branch numerous times and is so so SO wonderful to work with. He immediately addressed my concern without any hesitation. Highly recommend banking with ORNL FCU, especially at this branch. It's worth the drive!

I am super frustrated with ORNL and their services. I recently got an auto loan through them and was told I could pay via the app with my debit card from another bank, well that was not true. So I ended up depositing a check into my account to be able to pay the auto loan through the app and my check has been on hold for over a week. I have called the support line twice now and was told each time that a representative would call me back to go over what is causing this hold and have received NO calls. I have also emailed the support twice now without a response. Today i called support yet again and they informed me since it was a new account all checks have a 10-30 day hold on them. I was not made aware of this prior and not only that but they said the holds would stop after the account was opened for 30 days and I’ve had this well over two months now. After 40 mins on phone they were able to release my check so I could access that amount so I’m thankful for that but overall this was a terrible experience and it does not seem their support and their main branches have good communication about how to navigate your account.

I came in to open an account and Braxton was ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL. He made the entire experience really fun and personal to me, and also educated me on several different options and services offered through the credit union and took time to get to know me and made me feel like the entire experience was catered to me. Truly excited to be a member of ORNL and to manage my financial future because of Braxton. Whatever he’s paid, it isn’t enough! ❤️

Just switched from Truist to ORNL and am thrilled to say the least. The staff is refreshingly kind and eager to provide a great experience. Never want to walk into another bank or branch again. 10/10 highly recommend Braxton!

Took my son to branch to get info to change pin number through the automated system; didn't work. Finally talked to someone on the phone who transferred me to someone else. After 30 minutes of music, the person said she couldn't do it, but gave me yet another number wgere they could. WRONG. Had to efit . We went back there and the man who helped us (Braxton, I believe) had the same problem with the automated system. He made numerous calls and it should be fine soon
