Food is fine, I feel completely awful ordering from here. Honestly it feels like the workers are fully ready to drop everything and fight with you at any moment. I know the environment behind the scenes might not be very good, but don’t take it out on the customers please. Also, there are some foods they just REFUSE to make here. I can’t even get the foods I want because worker morale is so low

I mean for 30$ no this is a no for me I'll never ever eat this I ordered steak n got mushrooms only had two pieces of steak egg roll taste like water noodles dry n flavorless along with the rice this food is gross I feel I have been robbed n couldn't even call to let them know how disappointed I am

the RUDEST staff i’ve encountered on campus. I asked for a bigger plate and was initially given a plate with double honey walnut shrimp , and when i proceeded to tell her i wanted a bigger plate with two other entree’s , she put the walnut shrimp back and added ONE more entree before shutting my box and walking away. the cashier was not any nicer than her. i did not get what i paid for and will not be back to get treated like an idiot for merely wanting my food to be right.

My family of four loves Raising Canes, yet we reluctantly frequent this location. We aren't excited about it as this location HAS NO KIDS MEALS!! So the assumption was made that students wouldn't have kids? Not even Grad students or PHD students? Yet another assumption was made that those who are not students (visitors and people who live in the area (like us) don't have kids? It seems short-sighted to not offer kids meals. I do understand that you might be avoiding having students buy kids meals...well, just post a sign by the register "Kids meals are for those under 12" (or whatever age you choose to be the cut off). Ask students who look older than 12 for ID..seems silly right? Just as silly as NOT HAVING KIDS MEALS! Please have kids meals. Just one more thing, out of the last 5 times we have been to this location, the location has only had toast ONCE(yikes!).

we got a big order, and they didn’t give us one of our sandwiches so we went up to the cashier and told them with a receipt that we didn’t have one of our sandwiches and they insisted that they did give us it and have a huge attitude and they were disrespectful about it. (her name is raylee). (food is good).

This was my first time having Raising Cane’s and it won’t be my last. The tenders were great, the fries were great, even the bread was great. What made our lunch special though was the staff. The people that worked here were so friendly and so excited to serve us.

My friend and I went to this Panda location earlier this week and we were surprised when someone of the name Omar was being extremely rude to one of his employees. The way he acted was out of control and unreasonable. Im in disbelief that they let someone who takes their anger out on their coworkers be a manager. Knowing my past experience with working in a fast food, the employees are already stressed as it is and I can’t imagine working on the strip like they do. Yet Omar is making is worse by adding more stress and acting like a toddler when their mom said no. This is embarrassing to the company’s name, something needs to be done.
