This is the happiest place on earth. I took my sister today for an exam. The staff was way over the top pleasant to each patient that came in. I sat waiting on my sister for thirty minutes. Super cheery. I had to reschedule my sisters appt on short notice and they were super helpful. I would totally recommend just on friendlieness!!!.

I've been having my mammograms at the Parkwest Comprehensive Breast Center for years. The entire team of doctors, techs, and staff are amazing. They are so professional and knowledgeable which is extremely important -- AND they are kind, friendly and compassionate!! Their facility is welcoming, clean and up-to-date. Highly recommend!!

I has my first mammogram here in 2020. I got the call back for the diagnostic, u/s and later a biopsy. No one wants to hear that. The day of my biopsy was traumatic. Dr. Blue hit a vessel or something that caused a very scary bleed. Very traumatic. The ultrasound tech, Kelly, remained calm and kept me at ease the whole time even while basically sitting on top of me to use her body strength and weight to apply pressure. I felt bad for her because she was left alone in the room with me. I'm not even sure to this day why Dr. Blue left unless I got blood all over her and she was scared. I even asked Kelly at one point if I was going to die. Sadly the result of that biopsy was that I had cancer, but thanks to that mammogram it was caught early. Even with all that has happened, I will always go here. The front staff, nurses and techs are amazingly kind and considerate. I trust these people with my carE......though I'd request a different radiologist if I ever needed a biopsy again. ?

Dr Sqires has a terrible bedside manner. The staff was really kind but the Drs lack of empathy was upsetting.

Went in for annual mammogram and needed an extensive mammogram, then 2 biopsies. The staff at Parkwest could not have been more supportive and friendly. Thank you all

Sharon, the technician who conducted my exam, was wonderful. She understood my high anxiety and gently handled me during the exam. All my questions and more were answered by Sharon. Wish I could offer her a pay increase! She is immensely well-suited for this position.

I cannot stress enough how kind, organized, and detailed they are. I had my first mammogram this past week. The next day they called to tell me I had an area of concern, and they got me in the very next day for additional diagnostics. And while it wasn’t something I wanted to hear, they were remarkably good at explaining the next steps. Having someone put their hand on my shoulder while I sobbed uncontrollably was greatly appreciated. I’m really hard to impress when it comes to medical care because I’m also a provider. I would absolutely recommend them.

I tried Parkwest Comprehensive Breast Center at the suggestion of my Gynecologist. Although I wasn't new to mammograms, I was new to this facility. I'll definitely be back - they were extremely professional but still very warm. They made me feel like everything was under control, and didn't instill the fear factor that I experienced with my last provider. I'm thankful for their great service, and I'll no longer dread getting checked!

It's been a while since I have had a mammogram from here. The last time that I was here the service and care was very professional and courteous.Since I lost my mother to cancer a few years ago.I have not been unable to follow up on things that are important, like a mammogram.Despite my fears and anxiety, I will make an appointment to have a mammogram exam at this location real soon.

This year was my first year visiting this office. The person who greeted me was exceptionally friendly. The tests were completed to my satisfaction. The radiologist spoke with me after the tests and shared with me that she had found something and wanted me to come in the next day for a biopsy. At the time we spoke she did not show me any evidence and I was just supposed to take her word for it. The next day I requested to see what she saw and what was to be biopsied. I was shown the spot and moved forward with the biopsy. The test results came back quickly, not in my favor. They took it upon themselves to schedule an appointment with me without asking me if I had a preference of a surgeon. I met with the surgeon, who was very nice and did an exceptional job on the removal of the tumor. I was advised by a doctor friend to obtain a second opinion. Therefore, I reached out to another hospital and they obtained all of my information. I was called by one of their radiologists telling me they found something and they would like for me to come in and have an ultrasound and a biopsy. You can only imagine my shock! Did the Breast Center miss it? Are they incompetent? The answer is no. I reached out to them to inform them about the 2nd tumor and they actually knew about it and did NOT tell me! I was told that an MRI was conducted at the time of all of my tests and the 2nd tumor had no abnormalities, however, I still should have been told what is in MY body and NOT by a third party. They are in great need of communication skills. Had it not been for this HUGE lack of information, I would have recommended them. Now I advise you to go somewhere else that will disclose everything they find because it is YOUR BODY and it should be required for all information to be provided.
