I am EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED with my Patricia Nash bag. I purchased this bag LESS than 5 months ago and I can no longer use it due to a broken zipper. I paid $150 for a Crossbody bag that is now useless. I reached out to Patricia Nash customer service and they will repair, at my shipping expense and I will be without my (everyday) purse for 6-8 weeks. I am EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED either this bag and their warranty process. This bag is DEFECTIVE and very poor quality... it is unfortunate that this is their policy. I will NEVER be purchasing a Patricia Nash bag again. I definitely DO NOT recommend this product... the leather is good quality but what does that matter if the zipper doesn't close!

I just love PN leather bags and wallets!! I have seriously too many to count...they're like potato chips...once you experience the beautiful leathers, design and workmanship, you can't justify not buying another. In addition, their customer service is excellent!!! I originally bought Coach ..but PN hits the mark with her beautiful designs..especially love the hand tooling and her attention to detail. Thank you to the very professional customer service department!!

10/10 customer service! My favorite purse broke and I contacted their customer service with the hopes that they could fix it. They could not fix it which was a huge bummer, but they instead gave me store credit to replace the purse, so I was able to find another purse to replace the broken one for free. Overall the customer service was amazing and quickly responded. I really appreciated the care they gave and am looking forward to my new purse coming in.

I love the products and to date have purchased 15 handbags. no more their customer service is rude and not helpful at all warranty is a joke. new purse has zipper issues took 2 weeks for them to respond I could send it in would take 6-8 weeks to evaluate and oh they possibly would not repair but refund. local shoe repair charged me $10 and easily fixed a second new purse was being returned too small. their return label has a weight area and no matter what you put in it won't take it. this purse will be donated. Done with this company sad the products are fabulous but not worth the bad customer service. shame on this woman owed business you give us a bad name

I love all of my handbags from Patricia Nash. I used my new purse 1 time and it looks a year old. I'm just not happy with this one and wanted everyone to know. I bought from Dillards.

Aviano Chainlink Belt - Tan We sent back this belt due to a flaw at the buckle. They sent the same belt right back as a new belt. Scam company. Do Not Buy from them unless your interested in poor customer service and poor quality merchandise.

I have purchased one purse and one backpack from Patricia Nash. My first purse was purchased at the military exchange. I am a disabled retired veteran. This purse lasted less than six months before the zipper failed to work. Not knowing any better I was issued a WAR credit of $169.62. After that disappointing experience I waited several years before I purchased a new backpack for $299 using the so called WAR credit and another payment of 141 and some change. I used the backpack for two weeks and the magnetic closure device broke off. I asked Patricia Nash for a total refund of my money because their products do not last long and is poor quality. I told them I would never buy anything else from them because of that reason. Patricia Nash refused to grant me a full refund. I do believe I am due one because of all the issues I have had with their products.

Paid $150 for a Patricia Nash purse. Leather and stitching great. Zippers...crap. I registered this purse at purchase. When I contacted to get the lifetime warranty to get them fixed. They asked for pics, I sent them. Never heard from customer service again. If you buy one of these expensive purses, don't get one with zippers!!! And don't expect them to honor their warranty. Just saying....
