Went here today (7/30/21) to get drinks for the week (8 2 liters), and to make it easier on them I put them in reusable shopping bags so they won't have to double bag them. Well, I had to stand in line for what felt like forever because people kept cutting in front of me and I didn't feel like saying anything. I get up to the counter and I had 3 bags. 3 Mountain Dews in 1 bag, 3 Root Beers in another bag, and 1 of each in another bag. Well, I put the 1 bag with 1 of each in it up on the counter, she took them out and scanned them, but didn't have the decency to put them back in the bag. How rude! It shouldn't take but 2 seconds, but if you're gonna take them out, at least put them back in. Not to mention the parking lot and whatever else people have a problem with on here. This store really needs some work

I stopped going to this Pilot because of Trina. She is rude, and she physically put her hand on my chest one time.I don't let it spoil my love of the chain.I just don't go here.

My second time in this store when the cashier was not wearing a mask. I always round up for charity but she didn't give me a chance. She just pressed no before I could say yes. Won't ever go back.

I recently visited this Pilot and while they have the sign stating you need to wear a mask, this store on the corner of Broadway and Washington Pike in Knoxville TN is not enforcing this policy. The Magnolia Store is being forced to enforce this policy while other Pilot stores remain lax. Pilot, be a Community player and have the same standards for all your stores. Do your part to stop the spread of the Coronavirus!!!!!

Not the best area. Smaller than normal. I can tell they try to keep it up but the clientele make it difficult. Not a lot of selection, however pretty good prices.

I was at the 2518 north broadway location in Knoxville, TN and one of your cashiers had a bad attitude and was extremely rude and unprofessional. In my opinion, she has no people skills and has no business dealing with the public. Being rude to a customer is completely unacceptable.

I was in the store getting gas. I was waiting in line hoping to avoid a cashier named Tina because of how rude she has been to me and others in the past. I ended up in Tina's line when I got to the register I was asked what I wanted I told her I needed gas but had forgotten what pump I was on. I was looking through the door to try make out the number. She gave a go to hell look and shrugged her shoulders.. the girl working with her said we are going to start making you go out and check again before you come in.., I then looked at her.. she laughed and thought it was funny.. and said Tina I can't work with you anymore because I get your mouth. The customer the girl was waiting on outside and would let me know. But was I was on pump 4 and told Tina .. Tina then began to wave her hand at me that was covered in the food that was eating with her friend that was beside her at the register.. I then gave her a look trying to hold my tongue.. I told her was use I was needing to purchase.. this not the first time she has been so rude.. I use to work for a retail store and I came in she would tell how crappy my store was then proceed to tell anyone that would was within ear shot how crappy my store was.. out of respect I held my tongue.. over Christmas the store was asking to donate a dollar to an organization... I always donate so when asked if I want to give a dollar I said yes. But when she said who for I told her know because my beliefs are different from what the organization stands for.. when I told her no she then wanted to know why ..I told her because she told me that was not good enough.. so the next two minutes was spent in an argument.. I have seen managers be standing next her when she is rude to customers.. I do not understand why she is allowed to speak to people the way she does

I used to fill up at this Pilot nearly every week. I've finally given up on it. The parking lot is a mess and almost impossible to navigate without running into something or someone. And the panhandlers here are overwhelming. Save yourself the trouble and go a few miles north to Fountain City. It's a much neater location and easier to get in/out.

The employees are ALWAYS friendly and checking out is usually fast. It would have been 5 stars but parking lot is a mess when busy. And the homeless people can be annoying.
