First visit to the Knoxville location after being to the Alcoa twice now. Very happy here too. Took a bag of clothing in and they bought all except for one hoodie. $80ish cash or $120ish trade. About 18 items. Very worth it! This time I elected cash, although my last visit to Alcoa I elected trade credit so I could spend it on a purse for my wife.Staff: The Knoxville location was very friendly and staff spoke with me a few times.Clothing/Items Being Sold: Personally I liked the styles and items at Alcoa better, but the nice thing about thrift stores is that products are always changing! There is nothing wrong with the selection here! Both stores have a great selection!Overall I really recommend this locally owned shop. Both of their locations are top notch and both have a top notch staff..

I decided to sell some items last week, and what they took from my bags were 3 pairs of Nike shoes, a Jordan bag, and a pair of Loft pants, and told me they only took 4 of my items when it was at least 5 but I know I'm missing more than just those 4 (actually 5), and only paid out 18$. I will never go back. Had I looked in my bag before I gotten home to see what they took I would've said f it and got my stuff back.

Good thrift store with a variety of size inclusive styles. The prices are not far off from original retail, so I was mostly only interested in the vintage offerings which they had a lot of the day we visited.

I was so curious as to how this place didn’t take any of my items that I brought in that were in good condition and name brand. After reading the reviews and the owner’s response to the reviews I understand now. I also worked at a resale shop before so I know EXACTLY how the process works. They told me my stuff was not the right brand and not in good condition but if I washed it and brought it back they would look again. Well which is it? Do you not like the brand or does it smell weird or what? (I mean I know it didn’t smell but who knows what they thought.) Also that’s the go to answer when they really don’t care to even look at your stuff. I know because I also used to have to tell people this. I had such high hopes for this place since the employee I spoke to was so nice. Maybe my clothes just looked too “privileged” for their style. Oh well. Now I know to never go back!

22$ for seven items that were all new, that's to be expected from a place like this- what really irritates me is they can't even bother to refold your items, just throwing things back in the bags or boxes.

Not sure how my clothes weren’t “in style” when it’s legitimately SUMMER time. They’re more interested in graphic tees than dress shirts or shorts. Waste of time.

Very well curated collection. Mostly modern not vintage and not crazy cheap. My kids found things they liked and they are really picky. I did too. Nice array of shoes. We also like the vibe of all the clothes racks being they/them/theirs. Cuz obviously!

This establishment's personell are discriminatory. Regardless of the brands, retail value, or quality of items they have given me a flat wholesale price many times. They took an extremely long time to pick through my belongings and only offered to buy some of my items. This forced me to run short on time. I was basically cornered into selling my items at an undervalued rate. These people are interested in their own profit, of course.

I’ve really enjoyed shopping here since I moved to Knoxville last year, and I’ve gotten some items for great prices that have been name brand including LuLuLemon and Lilly Pulitzer.I’ve successfully brought in items in the past, and happily taken a higher amount in store credit versus cash for my trade as I’m almost always able to find an item or two I’d like to buy when I’m shopping. However over the last few months, I’ve tried on three occasions to sell/trade items at both of their locations and each time they have taken NOTHING. I worked in clothing retail for years so the clothes I am bringing in are current styles and in good condition, and also in season (not trying to sell sweaters in the spring or jean shorts in the fall). They don’t give any excuses other than “unfortunately we can’t take anything today”. The owner has mentioned a checklist in responses to other reviews, I’ve never received one even though I see them on the bags. This is pretty discouraging and as others said I’ll have to start selling elsewhere or just donating myself. It just feels like a waste of time to neatly fold and drop off items just to be told they can’t take anything. It’s a shame because I’d like to continue shopping here, the concept of “trading” items is something I love as I’m trying to be more eco-friendly. I’m wondering if more people are doing the same and they’re just receiving a TON of inventory they can’t move?I’m willing to give them another shot in the future, but with being turned away a third time, I think I’m going to have to take a break for a while.

I visit this store at least once a week and never leave without a purchase. My favorite place to find the best clothes & shoes.

Best resale clothing store in all of Knoxville. Brand names galore! However I am sad because I can’t shop there anymore. Their pants only go up to a size 20, and everything else only goes up to a size XL or XXL. I really wish they were much more inclusive for us plus sized baddies.
